Whitaker Ford performed a software update, oil change and NYS annual vehicle inspection of our Transit 3500 chassis based RV. The staff was friendly and able to quickly schedule our service appointment. The Service bays were tall enough to easily take our 10’ 6” tall by 23’ long RV. I highly recommend using Whitaker Ford for your Ford Service needs!

Service managers were very receptive to the information I gave them and very willing to take on a problem another shop could not resolve. They kept in timely communications with me and are very cooperative in working with with another shop to resolve the problem. Great people to work with!!

I brought my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. The service department was great &got the job done quickly. While waiting I was lucky to meet Roger who helped me with a problem I had with my extended warranty. He settled it within minutes for me. I have been satisfied going to Whittaker these last 3years for service on my Edge that I purchased there.
