FCF stopped by this morning, like they have for the last four or five seasons to drop a face cord. Brian is always accommodating, on timing and location. We burn a lot of wood annually, much of the Summer we buy on the road whereever we're camping, or posting up at an AB&B. FCF is without a doubt the best value on wood we see. Aged, dry, affordable. 100% we would recommend anyone in our area consider giving them a chance of you're at all in the market.

Brian was excellent the whole way through. He is communicative and promptly put us on his schedule when requested. He offers a great product. He even managed to back his delivery truck with precision down our skinny city driveway so the wood pile would be easier for us to move. We will certainly be ordering again!

I love working with Brian! Just a text each fall, and I get all the dry, seasoned wood I need all winter! He always texts me back, and delivers super fast! The best part is the quality of wood. Don't be fooled by these other lower priced wood guys, when you burn for heat you want the driest and best quality wood!

This year was the first year I've ordered firewood rather than cutting/splitting my own. Glad I chose to buy from Brian! Prompt delivery, good pricing, good mix of sizes and already seasoned as advertised. Checked with moisture meter and it's ready to stack and burn immediately. I had 10 FC dropped off, and if I start to run low this winter I won't hesitate to call for some more.

Brian gives top notch service and top notch product. The wood is delivered on time, clean and split perfectly. Less mess on the wood means less mess in the house. Wood is dry and burns long and hot.

Just received 3 cords of firewood. The wood is very clean and high quality. This is my first purchase from Flower City. It was a nice experience. Brian communicated when it would be delivered and sent follow up texts when he would arrive. Very professional. Will definitely be calling him again in the years to come.

Great wood supplier - i get about the same amount of wood every winter and its hard to tell if you get the amount ordered until you stack it (typically its a little short). Got exactly what i ordered, its dry, its a great mix of hardwoods and its clean. Communication was awesome. 10/10
