We decided an irrigation system was a smarter and more efficient way of serving our property. Ania and Jamie run a great family-owned irrigation company. We recently had our yard done by them and have nothing but positive feedback to give. It started with Ania giving us a rough order estimate based on a google map view of our yard. This was followed by a follow-up in person meeting at our house to refine the requirements. Ania took the time to walk our yard and explain options to ensure we would get exactly what we wanted. We ended up adding a booster pump (because our water pressure was less than optional), we also elected to go with sleeves under the sidewalk to optimally water the space between the sidewalk and the street. We traded overspray and specific drip irrigation for flower beds, and we discussed controller options.Ania promptly provided a system layout and updated estimate. We were so happy that she took the time to ensure we understood the trades so that we could make informed decisions.Jamie and the crew came out and installed the system. Again, everything went according to plan. They were respectful of our property and were very professional with the installation. Numerous times I would stop out to see how things were going, Jamie always took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer questions.After installation, Ania walked us through the system, zone by zone, and helped us set-up the system in the app. Jamie and his team tweaked each sprinkler head as we did this.All we can say is that choosing Aquatech was a very good choice! Ania, Jamie, and the team did an outstanding job!

We just had a full yard sprinkler installed. The price was very reasonable especially for the amount of work that they did in two days. They were professional and reliable and very nice people to deal with. If you are looking for an irrigation and maintenance company please look no further. Initially, I used Aquatech to winterize my sprinkler system and had no complaints. This year they didn't show up to the scheduled appointment and did not call to reschedule. I called and they wouldn't even pick up my phone. I am pretty sure they messed up my system, and are now avoiding my calls.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Aquatech just completed an irrigation install at my home and they did a fantastic job. Ania and Jamie and their team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and delivered a great system. I am looking forward to a green yard this summer. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Aquatech install an irrigation system primarily for our garden beds and landscaping. From start to finish, I have to say I am extremely impressed with how they handled our project.Our project was complex with a few significant engineering hurdles. Ania was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond on several occasions to help us move forward. She was incredibly responsive and put us at ease.Jamie and his team were very flexible and worked around our landscaping company to coordinate the irrigation install. The install process went smoothly and the finished project is beautiful. They are able to install with minimal distribution to our lawn which I loved. Everything is working perfectly and I also have full confidence that I would be well supported if issues ever arise in the future.This is a wonderful family owned business that does things right. We are extremely satisfied with the job Aquatech Irrigation did installing our sprinkler system. We called 3 companies to schedule an estimate and Ania from Aquatech was the only one who answered the phone. With the coronavirus in full swing, I fully expected a delay with the estimate, but Ania immediately scheduled me in and came out the following Monday. One of the companies who committed to a estimate two weeks out never even showed up and never called. Ania arrived right on time was very professional and was very thorough with explaining everything. She got back to us right away with the quote and was able to fit us into one of their last openings at the end of the month. She also gave us some alternate dates in case of bad weather.Jaime and his crew arrived on the first day of the install on time and were extremely professional and hard working. I felt I was in very capable hands and they did not disappoint. They happened to start working on one of the hottest weeks of the year with 100+ degree heat indexes. Even with the oppressive heat, the whole team having to wait on the utility company who was delayed and Spectrum needing to replace an old underground cable, they still got the entire system installed on time!Jaime took the time to show me all the zones and each heads spray pattern and he also set the days/times for each zone on the timer unit and explained how to change the settings in the further.From start to finish we could not be more pleased with the entire experience and the wonderful job they did with the install. There were no surprises and the quote they gave us is what we paid. Ania is excellent with her communication, she followed up with me to make sure the system was running smoothly and has already contacted me regarding scheduling the system to be winterized. Several neighbors have used Aquatech to install their systems and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

In one week’s time, our new sprinkler system was installed to our specific needs, and fully functional. Anya was prompt, responsive and extremely patient with us. Jamie and his crew were prompt, polite, mindful of our home , and our neighbors’ yard and driveways. We would recommend Aquatech Irrigation to anyone in Monroe, Wayne County, or Ontario Counties.
