Ron from All County came out and gave us a quote to extend our driveway. We specifically discussed ensuring there was continuity between the old and new driveway and he assured me the binder top would be on the entire driveway. Today they installed the asphalt and it’s the most unprofessional experience of my life. Chance the VP was on site and when I asked when they would be finished he said they wouldn’t and that they followed the contract, this was untrue. Chance even said and I quote “I questioned why anyone would do that.” Yet your organization proceeded. I was home, no attempt to discuss any concern was made. I’d like to add I am not a driveway expert when my fiancé and I called Ron, together, I specifically asked that the “binder” meant the whole driveway. He reassured me several times. Chance also points to the driveway drawing, which you can see from the quote attached this is not visible. The other employees on site acknowledged the same it made no sense. They are refusing to even discuss rectifying. Ron even acknowledging yesterday on the phone that he said this would happen but All County won’t do it. The driveway is a complete hack job. In the contract they point to it says they will saw cut the driveway, which they did not. You can see in the photos the disaster along the way. There’s no straight line anywhere to be seen except where my fiancé fixed it and sent it to them! Their refusal to address the situation forces me to social media. Unbelievable for $8,750! They are unresponsive to any contact attempts including email, text and voicemail.Service: Driveway installation

I had a total re-do on my driveway approx. 4 years ago. I noticed cracking that first winter. Contacted Chance about the issue we could not agree so I took him to court, unfortunately I lost. Now 4 years later my driveway has many cracks.I'm sure they can do a great job, but they can also do a bad job.Go with someone else who will stand behind their work.Paul - Ontario

I signed a contract with this company to remove an existing driveway and pave a new one in December 2021. They were set to begin early spring. I called in April and they said they would start the week of April 11. They consistently did not show and I would call for the new start date. There was no proactive communication from them whatsoever. They have effectively ghosted me and seemingly have no plans to complete this job and now have wasted 6 months where I could have been lining up other companies to do the work. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

Absolute Joy working with All County Construction. I dread finding companies that are reliable today. It seems no one wishes to work, let alone do quality jobs in this day and age. My expectations are met and even superseded. I can not wait until next year (finances willing) when I can have them over for repeat work. A great reputable company that will always have my business. Thank you All County Construction!Services: Driveway removal

Had my driveway resurfaced. I had to pull up part of a paver sidewalk so they could pave up to sidewalk. They did not account for the missing bricks so they had to come back and cut away the new asphalt and I had to move entire walkway over 3". They also did not get it very level leaving low spots where water now gathers creating icy patches in winter. The biggest issue is that the asphalt is already cracking and there is a hole near the road, the same issues that were there before recoat and was reason I had it recoated. Owner did not even offer to fix it, just copped a tough guy attitude. Poor quality materials and workmanship. UPDATE! 4 yr review. severe cracking along entire length of drive sides. Not enough binder holding aggregate together resulting in deterioration over entire driveway. Used over a gallon of crack filler and have to have it sealed for 3rd time in 4 yrs to try and prevent more deterioration. Any consolation is all the driveways in neighborhood are getting to need replacement and I am able to steer them away from this company and issues I've had.

Absolute horrible communication from All County Construction. Submitted approval for driveway and sidewalk work in june of 2017. Said they were scheduling 5 weeks out. Nearing the end of August and still not done. Always had to call them to find out what was going on, not once did I ever receive a call from them about delays. Finally moved on after 10 weeks and rejected their proposal. Seems like they only care about the smaller work when they have nothing else to do. Over time I felt more uncomfortable about letting a company do work when they are so unreliable on keeping their customers up to date. It is especially bad since the person in charge of my work was a relative of the owner of the company. I would expect more from someone like that than someone else that was not related.
