“Hometown Automotive is a fair, honest, trustworthy, and reliable American business that you should feel proud of supporting! My family and I were in the middle of vacation travels and far from home when our vehicle started to overheat. We absolutely panicked because we had no idea where to go to have it looked at. Thankfully, through Google, we found Hometown Automotive (with incredible reviews) only a few miles away. As soon as we pulled in, the gentleman (the owner) stopped what he was in the middle of doing just to help us. After taking the time to examine our car and add coolant, he advised us that we should be fine to continue on our trip and also gave us directions to the nearest auto supply store so that we could purchase a jug of coolant to keep with us, just in case the car started to act up again.
Bottom line: This is an HONEST business that could have easily ripped us off, but instead chose to be fair, kind, and helpful to us at a very vulnerable moment, forgoing profit. Thank you, Hometown Automotive ❤️”
