I never write reviews but this one is necessary! Dr. Pozo is truly a gem, she’s so warm and gracious and puts you right at ease! She squeezed me in to see my two newly adopted cats when I found out one of them was given to me sick. She examined them both and prescribed medicine, taking the time to teach me how to administer and tips on how to keep the cats calm and how to prevent myself from getting scratched! She has since been very kind to answer all my follow up worry some questions and has also taken care of my dog. If you’ve been searching for a vet, I highly recommend you put your trust in Dr. Pozo!

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the people that work at this establishment.
When I first adopted my cat Luna, I shortly thereafter found out she had a handful of illnesses that needed to be treated, one of which required repeated sulfur baths for ringworm. I could only imagine how much of an effort that required from the staff, but the entire way through they were incredibly diligent and supportive.
I kept going back whenever the occasion called for it. Eventually I moved approximately 3 hours away and needed to find a new vet.
Fast forward a couple years, my cat is facing another dire health emergency, I visited several vets in my new location but none of them could give me the time of day to actually examine my cat and explain to me what was going on and how to treat her. Only after I was thousands of dollars deep in appointments and b.s, and feeling completely defeated and hopeless did I think to myself "I should return to Whitestone".
I called them up and explained to them everything that had happened. Not only did they remember Luna, Stacy took the time on the phone to explain to me everything I needed to hear right on the spot and answer all my questions. I promptly made an appointment for a follow up, and after driving 3 hours to and from and after using all the treatment methods that were suggested to me did my cat finally start to heal and be more like herself.
Again, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the people that work here. Its not often nowadays that I feel like people genuinely care to listen and help you when you're in distress, but these people absolutely do.

Dr.Rojas is amazing! Always gets Robin all healthy in no time. First surgery went great as well.

The staffs are friendly. The place is very clean, no animal smell. My Vet Dr. Pozo was very thorough, patient and gentle to my cat. She's very nice. I like her to be my forever Vet for my cat

I have been taking my pets here before they were VCG, and they are still amazing. Same staff, some new (and great) folks, and just an all around great place. My cat just didn't seem right so they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, and ran all the tests. And while some people complain about price, all vet prices are expensive.

I felt very comfortable with VCG-Whitestone. I felt they cared about my 18 month old Doodle. They have been looking after her since a young puppy and she gets super excited about going there. They will also always answer questions from a non dog person like myself.

I recently had my dog neutered at Veterinary Care Group -Whitestone and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The staff were both professional and friendly, ensuring that my dog was well taken care of from start to finish. The procedure went smoothly, and the post-operative care instructions were clear and helpful.

I love my dogs: they deserve the best of everything. That’s why I bring them to VCG Whitestone. The staff is the best. They will take care of your pet as if you dog (or cat) were their own. 5 stars, I highly recommend them.

No issue with quality of Care, staff was very pleasant and attentive. Only reason for 3 stars is because the pricing is extremely high in comparison to competitors.

Wonderful staff..not one complaint…all are very accommodating, kind, and caring. I’ve been coming here with my Yorkie for 7yrs.
