“I had purchased from Gelber and Mundy many years ago and always found them to be really fantastic to work with. More recently, I had to have clasps changed on a couple of white gold chains, and a knot removed from another. Each time, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at an incredibly reasonable price. Everytime I am in the store, I admire the jewelry on display - it's beautiful and no matter what your taste, you can find something! The staff is always professional and very friendly and I look forward to working with the store again in the future (hopefully for some more fun, larger purchases).”

To my surprise I met Artur the owner, that besides going over his store's policies he recommended me how to go about, since lots of other places do not buy any that aren't collection coins.I was very pleased with his customer service. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot.I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. “Once again, Lee's Jewel Box came through for me. Over many years, I have taken my jewelry to Lee's for sometimes mundane issues--putting new backs on my earrings, e.g.--to more complex ones, like the time I broke a beaded necklace & the beads fell all over the floor. They restrung the necklace with all the beads put back in correct order & the new stringing was way better and stronger than the original. Last week, I took them a pair of favorite earrings that had been gold-plated, I wore them so often the original gold plate completely wore off. After first warning me "it might not take" they took my earrings to try & redo the gold plate. When I picked them up yesterday I started to cry. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS JOB! So if you have treasured jewelry that needs repairing, refurbishing or just cleaning, take it to Lee's! You will be very happy, just as I always am. They are entirely trustworthy and will treat you well.”
