Very incompetent staff. I was trying to open business checking account and the clerk was telling me that I am missing some documents which I never heard of. She mad up the names of the missing documents. I went to differant bank and opened the account without any problem . What a waste of time.

Very important the people inside are very helpful and courtius.......HERE. Is the problem!!!!!! I want to say we're going approximately 2 weeks now the ATM does not work I have to walk up to the one in the Drive-Thru and quick run up and battle with cars speeding up to the ATM a little bit dangerous big fancy Bank like this your ATM doesn't work inside seriously management!!!

Just opened a business account with Louis R. and he was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. The process was easy, and Louis was extremely knowledgeable about my account options and patiently explained each type of checking account with me. I was skeptical about the bank due to the previous reviews, but I am glad I went. I also brought my toddler along with me and he was so kind to us! Thank you Louis!

Asian lady had me waiting 30 mins when it said I was next in line to tell me someone else was ahead of me. Clearly I had the text that said I was next. Very unprofessional

After reading reviews before going to this branch to open a new account I was a bit apprehensive. However I am very pleased with the service I was provided. Alan was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and helpful. I would recommend this TD Bank branch to anyone considering banking in Queens

The wait time for customer service is way too long. The ATM was also down for an hour and I couldn’t even use it. I was in the virtual line for almost two hours. When my number in queue got to 0, I went into the branch. Alan greeted me and told me there are 3 more people ahead of me which was ridiculous. The tellers reassured me that I would be next because Alan is a new employee and misinformed me. Rabbina helped me with what I had to do but she had an attitude and wasn’t pleasant at all. I closed out both my checking and savings account immediately. I won’t be opening any more accounts with TD bank.
