Once again, Lee's Jewel Box came through for me. Over many years, I have taken my jewelry to Lee's for sometimes mundane issues--putting new backs on my earrings, e.g.--to more complex ones, like the time I broke a beaded necklace & the beads fell all over the floor. They restrung the necklace with all the beads put back in correct order & the new stringing was way better and stronger than the original. Last week, I took them a pair of favorite earrings that had been gold-plated, I wore them so often the original gold plate completely wore off. After first warning me "it might not take" they took my earrings to try & redo the gold plate. When I picked them up yesterday I started to cry. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS JOB! So if you have treasured jewelry that needs repairing, refurbishing or just cleaning, take it to Lee's! You will be very happy, just as I always am. They are entirely trustworthy and will treat you well.

The service at Lee's is excellent. Once someone is helping you they give you full their full attention. Their selection of jewelry is very extensive and they have a repair area that can be helpful if necessary. We have shopped their many times and will continue to do so.

Family run business, run like family. Yes, the location is a bit dated, but the store and its staff are also from another place and era, when people were generous with their time and talent, and everything wasn't just about moving merchandise. The people at Lee's are jewelry professionals, who service their customers the way businesses did decades ago. Everything is handled expertly and with care, prices are more than reasonable. Often small repairs are done free of charge!! Brought our infant daughter in get her ears pierced 25 years ago, and have been back for help, repairs, batteries and the occasional gift ever since. Only wish we could give them more business. Please stay around, Lee's Jewel Box, and thank you!

Been going here for decades. So has my entire family. They too are a family business. Always have service with a smile from ever person here.They are a trusted source to purchase fine jewelry as well as repairing it. You are treated no differently for purchase or repair. Refreshing! Will always be me go to jeweler.There’s not many jewelers around anymore so it’s really nice that they are here in Whitestone so convenient for me.

Advised against repairing a poorly designed Seiko and had the Movado battery installed and in my hand within 15 minutes of my arrival at the store. Charge $ 6.50. Great experience and I have never had a bad one there in the decades I have been going there!

I was really scared to get my little baby ears pierced, but the process was really smooth, she got scared a little bit but the girl who pierced her lobes was really kind and patient, she was really nice and the atmosphere is really nice, feels like you are around family. Definitely will be back to repair some necklaces that my little one broke. :)

Took my three-year-old over to Lee’s for her first piercing. Miriam came out and was so friendly explained everything to my daughter and even engaged my Son as an apprentice. She was kind and gentle. I would highly recommend this location and Miriam.
