“It's not often where you go to a service station and you're treated with professionalism and honesty. I had an issue with my jeep not starting properly this morning (of all days..Christmas Eve) and was about to go to PepBoys (who in my experience have price gauged me for work), but my co-worker's husband told me to go to Nor-Cross Service Station in Whitestone, NY. I met with Manjit inside of the waiting area & Troy (one of the technicians). It was such a pleasure to deal with them. Troy was explaining to me what the issue was (low battery for key fob). He could have made something up to say I needed this...I needed that...to hustle me. NOPE...Troy took the time to make sure the car worked correctly after putting in the new key fob battery. Then, Troy checked under the hood to make sure the car battery works properly.If anyone needs car service and is looking for a Service Station who is honest and professional..you need to go there and ask for Troy! Now I can go to work safely and finish up my Christmas shopping!!”
