“Steamed seafood, yum. You pick your seafood, you pick your veggie sides, they literally season to taste; then into the steamer it goes. Everything is cooked to order in front of you and is to go ONLY. You're in the store/wait for about 20 to 30 mins.*If you don't like your veggies soft separate them from the seafood and tell them 5 mins. The seafood is steamed about 15 mins.Good healthy options. They do fry also but most orders are steamed. Smart concept.”

3006 3rd Ave, Bronx“Always my number 1 place to grocery shopping, prices are reasonable, and NO ONE CAN BEAT THEM..... average Supermarket is way too expensive. I GOT 4 shopping bags, 2 plastic backs and one back pack full of groceries for 133.89. Yet in any supermarket same items would had cost me around 250.00 or more.”
“Love this place , most of the fruits and vegetables with make sense pricesImportant thing is they accept only cashNo card hereKeep my fingers crosses that they will be here in the business for-e-ver will add the photos next time”
“United Brothers Fruit Markets is located in Astoria, Queens. Open 24 hours / 7 days a week, various produce is available. The apples sold here come straight from NY State Farms, and it is to support local farmers. Connected right next door to the marketplace is where they have a Juice Bar & sell fresh juices & smotthies as well as their infamous Hot Apple Teas! United Brothers Fruit Market is accessible via public transportation, which includes the N train to 30 Ave. It is a short walking distance from the train station and is close to a host of hang-out spots, eateries, etc. and not too far from shops on Steinway (GAP, Banana Republic, etc.) When arriving at United Brothers Fruit Markets, there are Hot Apple Tea samples that once can try near the outside front entrance. This establishment introduced me to Hot Apple Tea, and it is delicious. Although I have purchased reasonably priced produce many times, United Brothers Fruit Markets 100% Natural Homemade Hot Apple Tea is my favorite thing to purchase here, and I have had various flavors. Strawberry Blueberry Hot Apple Tea, Spearmint Hot Apple Tea, Ginger Cinnamon Hot Apple Tea, Mango Hot Apple Tea, Ginger Hot Apple Tea, etc....you name it and they sell it. The Pineapple Hot Apple Tea is so good. A regular size Hot Apple Tea is $5, and a large size is $7. The Hot Apple Teas are so refreshing. 750 Sunrise Hwy, Valley Stream“Aldi is one of my favorite stores for grocery shopping because it's affordable, and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh so I get them from there. I am not sure if they are delivered every day. Also, you can find a variety of unique items there.”
“The Gun Hill Road Aldi remains a fun place to shop. And their prices on many items are more reasonable than the local chains.
The fruit and vegetables are fresh although varieties can be limited at times. Many varieties of packaged salads are available. The meat section is fairly well stocked with chicken, beef, pork, and salmon. Cheeses are a fun section- feta, gouda, goat, mexican amongst many more.
There is an ample variety of spaces.
Go early as the store does get crowded. Remember to bring your own bags.”
“Brothers Produce & Fish Supermarket has just about everything you need to create a meal. They have fresh fruit vegetables, provisions, fish, and more. This store has a variety of products, including Caribbean, Latin, and various other international items, to make your dish exactly the way you like it.”
“I love going here. The produce is fresh (sometimes a bit more expensive), there is good variety, the store has cute decor, and their employees are super nice and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. :)”

845 White Plains Rd, Bronx“The place was very clean and organized. The food looked fresh and the price was reasonable. Although it went up a bit, from the last time I was there. Inflation isn't our best friend. ? I don't need a shopping cart because I don't have much to pick up, so it would be nice to have a hand basket. Furthermore, the self checkout is cool. I'm usually in and out.”

624 Wilson Ave, Brooklyn“Very cool attention, customer service, I ordered a die dreaming uffff, the young guy with curly hair did it well, the empanadas were very delicious…. Super good…”
“Bayside milk farm is an excellent small business and local staple. Employees are kind members of this community who remember the regulars and are always available to help. Wholesome spot. The guy in the comments talking about non service dogs was probably the person yelling he would write a nasty review in the store when someone had what was clearly a service dog with them minding their own business. Came storming in and out. The place is hygienic people, but also caters to those in need of service animals. Most people in the store smile and wave at the animal legally allowed to be there. All in all fun spot and as a regular felt I oughta defend my local grocer. #BaysideBoys”
8:30AM - 9PM
528 Gateway Dr, Brooklyn“Clean. Flow of store was good. They have you checking out and space over to side for you to bag your own stuff. Quick and easy. Great variety of products. Even found some shredded chicken that I like.”

Open 24 hours
3212 30th Ave., Astoria“the closest thing to a green market in Queens. Fruits and vegetables and bunches of herbs locally sourced and achingly fresh and delicious. Garlic so new and flavorful that I've had to cut down in recipes. L.I. tomatoes glowing with real dirt picked fresh off the vine--no wonder they've been here fifty years and open until midnight. The beginning of fall apples waiting for pies and apple sauce. The two women who run it are sympathetic and helpful. If you can't find it, they'll know where it is. Even the potatoes taste fresh--so different from standard grocery store fare! Summer asparagus that I couldn't stop eating. And baby zuchinni and I don't like zuchinni. I am so happy. I didn't think when I moved anything could equal the Sunday market at the museum of Natural History. Elliniki more than succeeds--and its open seven days a week.”

61-11 Junction Blvd, Queens“Great store, clean, fresh produce and meats. Prices can't be beat, high quality and very competitive to the larger chain grocery stores like ShopRite and Stop and Shop. You'll see food, household items, and great finds you think you wouldn't need at prices that are easy on your wallet. Very simple shopping experience, you shop, you buy, you bag, you go, you save money!”

7549 Metropolitan Ave, Flushing“Stumbled upon this authentic Italian grocery market because I saw these huge Kinder eggs that I purchased for my sons 3rd birthday. They have all sorts of fresh pasta, cheeses, olives. I would definitely return here and spend more time to purchase ingredients.Parking can be a hassle in this area so it’s best to go in the morning or later at night as there’s too much commercial traffic in between. Parking is also metered so be sure to have coins in case these pesky machines keep declining your card!Huge bonus, Dollar tree is right across the street!”
7AM - 10PM
770 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington“I ordered a tray of fried flounder for a family gathering after a funeral. The flounder was amazing. They don't get the fish from the store. They order it fresh...had to give them 24 hours notice. Highlyrecommend.”

5590 Broadway, Bronx“Wow! Great prices and quality!Nice people who work there too.Our first stop for produce.Small but great. If it's in season, they have it.We live in Riverdale but it's worth the drive down.Parking options by Stop and Shop two blocks away.”
“Overall good but vegetables not the best. Let's update that opinion a bit. I think it's generally better now. You can get in and out quickly. There are enough cashiers working, and that is rare these days . Update: Still good?2024”

5532 Broadway, Bronx“I love Aldi, love their prices, love the products and that you always can find different thing for every season or holiday. Lucky to have it close to where I live.”
“Forest Hills Pharmacy has a reputation in Forest hills, Rego park, and Corona for being the local's first choice when it comes to medication or other pharmacy goods. The place is spotless and the people working there are not just attentive, but compassionate. It doesn't feel like your corporate pharmacy and instead has the feel of a mom and pop shop. Thank you to Ester and all of her staff.”
8:30AM - 9PM
517 E 117th St, New York“I love ALDI. The prices far undercut EVERY OTHER grocery store in my area (Central and West Harlem). My money goes IMMENSELY further at ALDI than it does at places like Key Food...even Pioneer (which admittedly has better prices than most things at Key) can't match the awesomeness of the pricing at ALDI.”
Open 24 hours
2228 White Plains Rd, Bronx“If you're looking for produce that is pretty pricey then you can go here but for the same price I'd rather go to whole foods. The people were friendly and it's in close proximity to my place so I was happy with what I got”
Open 24 hours
22-33 31st St, Queens“You can find things and fruits of very good quality above all, the price is very comfortable. A good initiative by the owner, having added girls who speak Spanish to his staff, as part of the Latino community, I recommend this place I give them 5 stars they are very sweet.”
“It was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised! The produce section was amazing and the vegetables fresh and unbruised. I only wish they sold wet dog/pet food.”
“Local supermarket that has a wide and extensive supply of fresh produce and international foods. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that the store offers. There are a few supermarkets that carry the same products but here the prices are much lower, and this does not take away from the quality.”
8:30AM - 6PM
1630 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park“I love this place. I get my fruits and vegetables here all the time. This is the best place you could ever find. Saverio is very helpful in helping me pick my produce, I will always go to this shop .”
“Most of the time very good. Staff ALWAYS GOOD . Fried chicken cutlets at deli last 2 times very dry will stay away. FANTASTIC BREAD all the more disappointed in dry cutlets.”
