Was not the original location I chose on the website. Ordered a Valentine's Day gift and the mug was broken. Instead of replacing it, my mom received a broken mug that I paid $60 for. Called the location, no answer.

I paid 70+ dollars for this ?!?!?! Please explain what this is. I also paid for a merry Christmas balloon and it was never delivered to me. I asked the delivery man where my balloon was and he said “no balloon”. I was so confused because I had paid for it. Other than that, this looked nothing like the pictures I saw on the website. Seems like the fruits were just thrown there and they were all wet and soggy. This was suppose to be a gift and I had to rebuy chocolate cover strawberries from another edible arrangement store.

I placed a same-day delivery for my mother-in-law's birthday that she never received on Friday. I called the store multiple times no one has picked up since Friday, the tracker never gets updated, and I have not received any communication regarding my order. I have tried to call corporate, but they are just as unhelpful as the store is with NOT picking up the phone. This is my first and last time ever ordering from Edible Arrangements. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication is disheartening given the reputation that Edible Arrangements once had.

I am beyond disappointed with their customer service. I ordered an arrangement for a shiva call on 9/13/23 that was to be delivered today on 9/14/23 and it was never delivered. No follow up from the store at all and now it is closed. I was completely embarrassed when I asked the family in mourning if they received it and they said no. Terrible!!!

Ordered the happy birthday platter to be picked up by 530pm and got confirmation email that said order was received . Went to pick it up at 520pm and store was closed. They were supposed to close at 6pm. Ruined a birthday surprise.

That was not worth 177 dollars, 8 pineapples, maybe 2 bananas, 24 strawberries large & small, it fell over and not in metal container it was plastic! I did asked not too many strawberries, not a fan

Extremely disappointed. Tried to call in around 12pm to make an order, no response. Called a few times after that a little later, no response. Went to the store to walk inside and be greeted by no one. Tried calling hello to see if they were in the back and the store was empty. As a long time edible fan, i don’t think i’ll be coming here again

The presentation and quality of cake/cupcakes were outstanding. They called day of delivery to advise that they were out of helium so they couldn’t send balloons which was a disappointment but the sent a teddy bear as a replacement & it was a hit with my daughter. Everyone loved it!

Terrible customer service. No delivery fir 2 1/2 days. Said today it will be there at 5pm. Then i call at 5 they say we just put it on the truck. It’s 7:04pm still not delivered. I will NEVER shop Edible ever again

Worst customer service ever. I was on the corner of Clintonville st and 14th Ave when I decided to order myself an arrangement from the location on Clintonville st. Literally placed the order at 3:50 pmOnline. The platter was 26.99 then jumped to 29.99With tax it was 32.65. Ok no problem. When ordering online they gave me 2 time slots as pick up option 4:30 or 5:00pm. Of course I chose 4:30 because I’m right across the street from the establishment. When I call to make sure all will go well because the pick up time is soon from the order time. They asked me if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow. Noooo I placed an order for today. They say they have no apples. I ask how can I be accommodated? They want to sell me a whole different platter which will cost me 10 more dollars. Instead of accommodating the customer they want to give you what they have and charge you more money. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUXXXXThat’s why your stores reviews are 3.5 not the first time I have an issue w this store. But since it’s the only one near home I tried it again.You lost a good paying customer w a huge familyBye bye ?
