The person who was at the door, an Spanish lady was nothing but mean (I’m also Spanish), I came here after my workout so I was looking not to nice but I feel she was judging me for the way I look, it was very disappointed, I felt so uncomfortable. I won’t take any service with this bank because this kind of people don’t represent me and it shouldn’t represent the bank, but sadly it does.

Do not use the ATM here!!!! I deposited cash and the ATM ate almost $1000, did not deposit it to my capital one account. I went inside for help and they were extremely unconcerned with the fact that I had not only lost $1000 but that the machine also ate my debit card. Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of help and concern from employees before. How does this location function with a faulty ATM? I asked for help at the desk and they were so unhelpful it’s unreal. They said they were unable to help me with the ATM, why? It’s at YOUR location. Ridiculous. Now I had to file an official claim with capital one and they’re doing an investigation. All which could’ve been avoided if their ATM was properly inspected.

After one hour and 5 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I'm finally sat in front of the table, but still waiting for the customer service cone to help us.
I have never waited such a long time in any bank in NY. It's ridiculous! Thanks gold my other business account is with TD Bank. I'm planning to move this business account to TD soon.

Compliments to Shukula Patwary. When Teachers Retirement was breached she helped me open a different account to protect my $. She was professional, very patient and affable. Most importantly she got the job done with panache and without a lot of fuss or frustration. I like capital one but simply can not say this about all the employees. So hats off and a shout out to you Ms Patwary Thank you so mucmuc

I have been coming here for few years now. I was shocked to see the bad reviews about this branch. Most people write reviews when they have a bad experience.That's why I took time to write this & give them some props.I have few business and personal accounts here. I am always in a rush too. Staff here never held me up for longer than I expected. Tinida, Shukla, Hassan and rest of the crew are super friendly. Even if they are not serving you, they take time to wave or say hi. Keep up the good work.

**Note this has nothing to do w/the staff or inside the bank** THE WORST ATM MACHINES EVER!!!! 3 OF THEM AND THERE IS ALMOST ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees at this location are quite chatty regardless of a long line or not. I came in to make a withdrawal and all I heard for over five minutes were casual conversation between the teller and who appeared to be her manager. When I asked if the teller was available I was asked to give them a few more moments. This seems to be the trend with their physical locations which I don’t appreciate because the majority of their customers bank online so when we have to physically come into the bank, you’d expect the service to be quicker. Doesn’t seem to be priority for them.

I went in due to fraudulent activity on my business account. They told me I needed an appointment. I said I could come in that Friday. I showed up on Friday and the bank was closed. There was a sign saying, "We'll be back shortly." But it didn't say what time shortly was? I came back the next day and the same sign saying, "We'll be back shortly" was still up. Customers were not happy. One woman said she's been trying to access her safety deposit box for two days. We didn't know what was going on? Was another branch closing? I went back on Monday and it was open. I waited 15 mins and finally was able to ask if someone could help me with a new account number. They said have a seat. I waited another 10 mins. I see a bank employee (the same one who told me to come back Friday) come out from the back to get her lunch from a delivery guy. I ask her if someone could help me? She said, "No, we're so busy after being closed for two days." She also said that I needed an appointment. She was pleasant but not very accommodating after all of the trouble I've been through. I told her, I came here on Friday like we agreed and you were closed for two days. She said she could make an appointment somewhere else. But I wasn't driving to another location in another town. I have clients that need to pay me. I can't wait any longer. Apparently, she has time for lunch but not for clients. I can't tell you how many lunches I've worked through to help clients. I told her I would be opening an account with Chase in Bay Terrace. And I did. Chase was happy to have a new customer. They signed me up quickly. I updated my PayPal account and my clients were able to pay me. Bye Capital One,

I have been with Capital one Bank for number of years. To my great surprise, with the Covid-19 pandemic, I visited this branch, because of the closure of the branch in Bay Terrace Shopping Mall, I have to visit this branch. However, there are many times, I have to wait for at least 40 minutes.Besides, the ATM machine keeps being out of order, I understand that Covid-19 does contribute to this delay somehow, but people at this branch are supposed to work closer to be EFFICIENT!!Esperaba cuarenta minutos para el servicio hoy, podría améliorer el servicio más rápido? La máquina automática del banco siempre no trabaja demasiado.

There was a long line no security people were packed on top of each other and out of the 6 teller booths there were only 2 tellers available a total inconvenience
