This review is well deserved! Looking to save on car insurance and wanting to support local businesses I found Abatelli with a simple google search.I dealt with Eileen Black specifically; after taking down all my information, she returned to me in less that 24 hours with a better quote than what I was paying.Having said that, since I informed her of my impending out of state move in the very near future , Eileen’s recommendation was to hold on to my current plan. Apparently switching insurances in a short time period is frowned upon in the insurance world and in the long run would end up costing me more.Thank you Eileen for being so forthcoming with this information, Abatelli might have missed out on me as a client but I’m certain that through this review and their transparent business dealings they will gain many more.Support local business!They come highly recommended.

Eileen at Abatelli Insurance is the one of the most thorough professionals I know. She always finds me the best deals and helps me by giving me reminders when payments are due. She hunts for better deals whenever my policy is about to expire and has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. They are the type of family run small business that I love to support. Highly recommend!

If I could them them a zero rating I would. The worst customer service ever. Save your time and money go elsewhere, if you sustain damage to your home you will be waiting for a long time to move forward, in this case 8months
and counting.

Abatelli Insurance Agency is a great insurance broker. A real person answers the phone when you call and they are extremely knowledgeable. Plus, they saved me a lot more money and I got a great policy for my car insurance. Quit using the gecko and call Abatelli !

For the past few years I have been searching for an insurance advisor who is honest, knowledgeable, easy to contact and responsible. I have found all that with Abatelli Insurance Agency. They really have their clients' best interest at heart. I have been working with Eileen and Jim, and I could not be happier with their recommendations and their service. All the quotes I've received for various coverages were less expensive than what I was paying with increased benefits. I have recommended them to many friends and everyone has had similar experiences. I thank them for looking out for me and my family.

Integrity is the name of the game here! They want to save you money but if they cannot they will tell you so and advise to keep what you have. For that advice alone I would move any existing policy to this company. The years in business says it all! Highly recommended.
