Broke down 500 miles from home. Mike and his mechanics were busy but got us in right away. They replaced our alternator and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Mike Smith, who owns Pro Auto is an honest, decent person who will provide you the advice and repairs you need on your vehicle without trying to upsell you or rush you when something can wait a bit. His staff are also knowledgeable and follow his lead. I live in Mohawk and go to Whitesboro for my repairs because a reliable mechanic is a must.
