Such a flawless process, from Nancy in the office to Kevin coming for the sales consultation. The windows are first class, such a difference, especially in the winter months. Our installation team Nate and Ben were top notch, quick, clean and very professional. I would highly recommend NY Sash, and they will be coming back to replace more windows for us.

We are thrilled with our new patio door! From the moment we started working with the New York Sash team we knew we were in good hands. Matt (sales), Jason (engineering), and Nate and Ben (installation) were pleasant, professional, and clearly expert in their fields. I just finished having a walk in shower installed! Not only is it beautiful, but the customer service was outstanding. I have never met a group of more engaging and obliging people. They are friendly, professional, and listen to the needs of the customer. A special shout out to Sean Grant, who was a stellar representation of New York Sash. I'd do it again, and encourage anyone to work with them. You'll be just as satisfied and happy as I am.

Very happy with our new patio sliding door installation. Andrew and Ben were the installers and arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend contacting them and getting a quote if you have projects coming up.

Sean installed a tub to shower conversion. He was very professional even with 3 barking dogs. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left for the day. It was finished in the 2 days. He was very informative before finishing up. Answered any questions I had. If I have projects in the future I will be contacting N.Y. Sash and requesting Sean for the project.

We are very happy that we chose New York Sash to install new windows in our dining room. It's a wonderful upgrade to our 1934 home. We now can see a beautiful picture of our yard as a focal point, and are able to open the windows on the sides.
Our installers were professional and skilled. We had what could have been a difficult situation with old plaster walls and a stone exterior; yet everything was perfectly intact upon completion.

I couldn’t be happier with NY sash - from our estimate with Matt, to the measurements and organization of moldings and wood for the window sill with Jeff, to the full 3 day installation. NY Sash was amazing to work with! They were professional & respectful. Chris and crew were amazing. Their work was second to none. The crew were perfectionists. They delivered and installed windows for every room in our house- 8 large windows and 1 sliding glass door. The windows they replaced were huge, therefore the windows installed were huge- a big job! They left our house in pristine condition. We did not need to clean anything after they were here. Chris communicated with us throughout the whole project. If adjustments or changes needed to be made, Chris discussed the details and options. They worked hard & fast. The job was allotted for 5 days & the crew thoroughly completed the job in 3 days. We are absolutely in love with our new windows. We would invite this crew back for any future home renovations. Thank you NY Sash! There isn’t another company I would want to have do my home renovations.

Sean Grant did a tub and surround removal in our home and installed a new shower stall in 2 days. We were kept informed on his progress as the day went by. After the project was completed he did a great job cleaning up and explaining the care and maintenance of the new surround and shower base.
We have used NY Sash before and have not been disappointed any time we have.

We had New York Sash do a tub to shower conversion and a new toilet installed. We could not be happier with the results and the two guys who did the work. Sean Grant and Andrew Clawson were great! We felt they were friendly, easy to communicate with, and even went over and beyond. They left zero mess and gave it their all. Thanks!!! Would highly recommend!

We were so fortunate to work with New York Sash! They really went above and beyond our expectations. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. From start to finish there was practically no mess and our salesman Michael was so easy to work with. Patrick came a measured, then did the install of our new bathroom. He was fantastic! He understood our vision for that space and captured it in real-life perfectly. All the materials are “top of the line” and beautiful to look at. I’m sure any other company would have cost thousands more for the superb quality we received. 5stars for a wonderful job that will last for decades!!!
