Stopped in to get a drink on a hot day.. The store is very clean and well organized, staff were friendly and helpful.... Todd the manager was great, as well as all staff working on this day. I will be stopping by again.

Your manager todd is very very disrespectful and calling employee pathetic? How or where is this acceptable? I want upper management looking at this guy and entire store.

It's within walking distance, but it's Saturday 9:30 at night, Byrne Dairy in Whitesboro, they closed the ice cream counter down. Not the window but the whole counter inside aswell. They said they were cleaning it when I went in.I get home and call they said we won't open back until the morning. I ask do you close down like this every night he said yeah pretty much. I call New Hartford Byrne Dairy and they're serving ice cream 24 hours a day,and only close the window so please come in the store. I only want a walking distance chocolate and vanilla twist ugh...

Just went there for lunch. What a joke. 12:15 and there was the driest breakfast pizza along with what I assumed to be 3 slices of "chicken" pizza. Noon you should have a fresh pie in the case.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this Byrne dairy for ice cream for years. As of late we have noticed a decline in customer service from this location until tonight. Nick made our sundaes tonight and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Nick!

I’ve been shopping here for years, as it’s my favorite place to get milk. However I’ve become a quite disappointed in how the staff treats customers. They were not very professional. They always seem miserable or like there’s somewhere else they want to be, which I understand that no one likes working, but they’re being paid to be there and help customers in a professional manner. They were swearing in front of customers and barely acknowledged my existence throughout the process of cashing me out. At the end of the transaction there was no “thank you” or “have a good night”, just “you’re good” and proceeded to keep talking to co-workers. I don’t expect much but being that I’ve been in their shoes working as a cashier before, I really expected more from them.

I have stopped there several times to get sandwiches. There is one employee who makes them an has long scraggly hair. The hair should be in a hair net but he does not use on. Who knows how many people end up with hair in their food. Also there has been a goup of older people sitting and drinking coffee. On of the women brings here small dog with her into the building. I don't believe it a service animal so it should not be inside. It could bite someone or may even carry something like fleas or ticks.. And before you say that the employee's do not know that the dog is there it barks loudly at times so they can't say they did not here it . Both of the above issues a health code violations.
