You guys should look into getting E85 gas. Most of the sunocos I go to have it. It's a type of gas for race cars. You could make a ton of money with having a E85 gas pump. You would be one of the only ones in the area. It would attract alot of cars to you're store.

Stopped in on a long trip, met the proud new owner, Jay, who is working hard to bring this Sunoco back to life. Place is very clean and well stocked despite being brand new, after meeting Jay I'm sure it will stay this way once they are running full steam. Soon they will have a full beer/wine license and a little cafe serving local favorites like pizza/subs as well as some Pakistani favorites like biryani. When I stopped for gas and asked to charge my phone, Jay kindly brought a chair outside for me to sit in the shade, we talked for most of an hour, and he even recommended a local music/fireworks show later that was the highlight of my night. These are probably not things that come up in your average gas station review, this is not your average gas station. You can get gas anywhere, but it is worth stopping in here, you may leave with more than a full tank.
