I can't say enough good things about Jared and the team at Smith Street Auto. They helped me out immensely recently when my car broke down on a remote mountain road and needed a tow and repair. Jared truly went above and beyond anything I would expect and also made sure I understood what was going on and had my questions answered the whole time. Would give this place way more than five stars if I could!

Had a very GREAT experience with Smith Street Auto. Had some problems with a vehicle he was the fairest and best mechanic I have dealt with. I left with a safe roadworthy vehicle that has served me well 4 years.

Don’t ask for a price for a simple tire mount or alignment. The lady will be rude and tell you that you are shopping around. Yeahh lady I am shopping around and would like to know how much a simple task would be before hand. If something else arises during a simple tire mount and alignment you call the customer and explain what’s going on. Was unable to direct me to a manager and hung up. Oh well there are other shops around. They have enough customers I suppose. Hope the owner is happy to know that the money is not going in his pocket due to their customer service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Broken Ball Joint on Christmas Eve. They reopened for us and found the parts and fixed my Tacoma in One hour. I recommend the Pope nominate them for the first Car shop to be a Saint!
