I cannot recommend this place enough!! They were able to squeeze me in for a state inspection day of when it was about to expire. Needed a rear light changed as well and was given a incredibly fair price. Everything was fast, the person who checked me out was polite and overall I will definitely be back for future service.

Car was damaged and the work was not completed properly, I suspect some damage to make me a return customer.They should have reported the leak that was evident but they did not, they did not return the parts I supplied for installation, the parts they were able to install have all had to be redone by a competent mechanic.Wouldn't send an enemy to this shop.

So thankful for the owner who was able to get me out of the ditch today!! His truck was sliding and I wasn’t sure he was gonna be able to get me out but he did! And it was much cheaper than anywhere else woulda been, thank you so so so so much! :)

I needed a boat inspection done and some trailer tires changed same day, and they were both able to accommodate and friendly. Their front office man has amazing customer service skills, and they did my trailer tires with care, even making sure to tighten the lugs down with a torque wrench instead of just jamming them on with the impact and leaving it alone.

We’ve been coming here for years. The whole team is very nice and they do awesome work for reasonable prices. You can always count on them when you have last minute car issues.

They found the leak on my wifes tire & found damaged caused by a emergency tire change by a tow truck as well as changed the oil.I brought my wife's jeep there as i have trusted them for 14 years with all my vehicles

These guys are the absolute best garage I've dealt with in all my years living here in the Catskills. Our Ford Focus was being a real PIA with the check engine light. I replaced the O2 sensors myself and the light had gone off on it's own so I figured all was good to go for inspection since I didn't clear the codes nor did I reset the monitors manually (only unhooked the battery for about an hour). Nope, I was wrong. Brought it there and was told it still needed a few monitors to come back up. Panic set in. We were recommended as to how to drive it to get them back up into ready status but ,since my license was expired, I had to have my girl attempt it and that was a no go and she was stressing out big time. So we came back to the garage and asked if there was any way they could try to drive it since they have the monitoring equipment and Jamie saved the day. Please don't think I'm saying that if your check engine light is on they'll pass you as I actually fixed the problems that were throwing the codes. Just that these newer cars are a real PIA to get the computer to fully bring the monitors back up. Jamie was out for 2 hours to get this car ready to test. We would've never been able to get this done ourselves. We dropped in during lunch hour and I was worried about interrupting their lunch as everyone needs to eat. He had other vehicles he was working on too and this guy took the time to get us legal. I can't begin to thank Jamie enough. We'll be taking our car here from now on. Highly recommend them and their prices are the best. Most of these garages in these small towns haven't a clue what they're doing, especially on the newer vehicles, and you can expect them to jump straight to claiming you need a whole engine replacement(manor motors*cough cough*), etc. If you've been scared sh1tless by the same type of experience then get your car outta whatever garage it's at and take it here to White Sulphur Auto & Truck!!!
