WARNING! Check your rental prior to leaving this Location. This location has better prices due to the poor quality of the vehicles on the lot. When you enter Note: all the mechanical issues that 90% of the cars are waiting on to be resolved. I am currently disputing charges for a $333 for a 1week rental, which was towed to jfk on day 3. According to Stanley (manager) "if I Never rent from the location again", he would clear the bill. It has been 2wks since the car was towed and I am still waiting on Stanley's assistance. Check the following before leaving this site: Horn, Tires, Wiper fluid, working phone outlets, damaged tires, spare tire.

Great service with a very understanding staff. Nicole could not have made the experience any easier, & went out of her way to assist. The gentleman who brought out the car was very patient while I learned the basics of a new car. Courteous, professional and accommodating. Will use this Hertz office again.(added bonus, the office is directly across from the Metro North station.)

They provide very bad service at this location and they do not do a good a job at customer service at all and they are often unprofessional when you visit this location in particular. It's best to rest elsewhere where you can get better service.

Did you know that without telling you HERTZ CHARGES you when you enter your frequent flyer number ? You see it as a line item charge when you receive the bill. #badbusinesspractice if you're going to add in charges you need to let your customer know. I can BUY miles if I wanted to pay for them?

Will never rent from Hertz anywhere again. Checking in was nice and they even upgraded our car however when we asked if they had a toddler seat NO ONE told us we would have to pay more each day for the seat. Instead when we returned the car they slapped us with a $70 charge. I didn't even need to get one as my son is 7 and I could have bought one for $20! When you are traveling you are spending so much money as it is. No compensation, just rude people saying to bad it was on my contract. No where on the paper that I have says the cost. Rude, rude, rude. In this day and age reviews and recommendations are important and no customer satisfaction was given. Now that I'm reviewing no wonder they had low stars. I will never recommend this place or any other Hertz to anyone.

While the car met expectations, and the check out guys were polite they neglected to inform us when we rented the car that there was a $70 charge for a booster seat. We would have refused that seat and bought one at target for half the price and donated it to charity when we left. At no time did they say anything similar to 'there is a $70 charge for this seat we are handing you.' They claim it was on our contract but the only piece of paper we were given was a rental slip that shows no such charge. They refused to reverse the charge at the end. It was a complete scam to pocket $70.

I rent from Hertz quite often tried out this location Madge helped me with my rental she was very friendly and very professional had my car fueled up and washed and ready for me she gave me a great car Chevy impala had a great experience with this Hertz A+ too Madge looking forward to coming back for another rental !!
