Youth bureau, excellent place for safety needs to the children. However the one is basically the fact that it is not a good place to work for. The employer by the name of Gina covington is a very rude and unconsiderate person. Her attitude is most unpleasant. Not only that individual but yocasta is a person not to be trusted with, and runs a very urban bureau which is very poorly with activities.

I have always had good experiences with the youth bureau till today. My brothers are apart of the new STEAM after school program. During the orientation they alerted parents that the kids riding the bus might be a bit late. We ended up waiting just almost of 2 HOURS in 30 degree weather!! The worst part about it is that we contacted the youth bureau to track down the bus, the secretary was no help she said that she could not track down the bus. After a while they stopped picking up our calls, and jerking us around. So we decided to call the police department in a matter of minutes they tracked down the bus. We alerted the secretary that we called the police and all of the sudden we were put in contact with the director. Dealing with concerned parents and guardians is part of the job , we understand that it was the first day of the program but things should be more organized before being executed and the lack of communication must be improved especially when dealing with young children.
