I have been bringing my vehicle to Lincoln of White Plains since I owned the vehicle.
I was very satisfied with my service advisor , but when I was going over the invoice, it stated that my tires were rotated.
After inspecting my vehicle I noticed that the tires were not rotated.
I notified the service advisor of this discrepancy and I believe that the technician who worked on the vehicle name was “Al”.
If the service was not performed , why would he have stated that he performed that service.
I concerned if any of the other services were performed.
I will look into this further.
Please advise.

Enjoyed dealing with everyone. Would have given 5 stars but prep job could have been better. Front windshield needed cleaning .Some stains on front dash and side panels. I was able to clean with damp rag. Other than that. Everything was a pleasure.

The worst experience ever! I was buying an used car sienna 2016. They promised things they didn't fulfill. On top of that, very unfriendly costumer service and they lied to you. They are not efficient, neither trust wordy. If you want to have a good experience with Lincoln please go to another dealer.
UPDATE: The answer from the dealer is another lie. First of all this is not anonymous. Secondly, I tried to contact the Sales Manager to express my complains and I never received a call back, an apology or anything like that. My good experience with Lincoln is being ruined by these people. Again, look for another friendly and trustworthy dealer.

Very sloppy service. Service advisor was very nice and polite and she arranged Uber service to take me to the local shopping mall in White Plains so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership until service was done. They forgot to call me and let me know when the car was ready. When I called back she said she will arrange Uber in 10 minutes but she forgot to do so and I had to call back in half an hour.
Beside the oil snd lube change and N.Y. stars inspection there were also three safety recalls which haven’t been completed.
When I started the engine “door fault - contact service immediately” light came on. I was still inside the service department and they had to take the vehicle back upstairs to find out the latch was defective and part needed to be ordered. That obviously happened during the service but novoga caught it.
I am not sure is that real case or just the way how dealerships milk money from the manufacturers warranties because very similar situation happened to me with my previous vehicle, MDX and that was the reason I switched to Lincoln but seems that’s the modus operandi for all car dealers.
I know, the car is warranty, will be fixed at no cost for me but I have to take another day off and drive from NYC up to Westchester to get it done.

Ive never been to this dealer or there partners before. I purchased a 2022 lexus i found online. The sales team was great. Show room is immaculate. No hidden dealer fees!! I would definitely recommend them. Andrew and Mike were great!

I had an exceptional shopping experience at this dealership. From my first visit, Jason was nothing but helpful and cared more about me getting the right vehicle to meet my needs than trying to push a sale. He was extremely patient and courteous and made the experience a breeze. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was great to deal with and although this was my first time getting a vehicle there, it won't be the last!
