Didn't tighten the lug nuts on a wheel and it almost fell off. Did let me know the rear brake pads needed to be replaced, but not that the caliper was so bad that it could fail any moment - which happened to me on the way home, leaving me with almost no braking. Glad I am alive, unscathed, and that my family weren't in the car. Will not be back.

What a horrible experience!
I called early to make sure that I get an appointment for service. Text message for confirmation was sent to me. Seemed like it was all set. I drove an hour to get there. 5 minutes before I arrived a nice sales rep called me to say thank you for bringing your car in. Your car history seems great and we are interested in giving you a fantastic deal to buy your car because they had a used car shortage. Informed her thank you for calling but my car hasn't arrived at the shop for service yet. Confused on the phone but continued to try to work on a sales pitch. OK no problem. I arrived to my scheduled appointment to be met outside with a technician that asked if I had an appointment. Said yes and gave them all the information and showed them the confirmation text. Just for him to say "sorry we can't service your car today." I was confused and asked why. They said because we need to make sure we get all the cars that is here already serviced. He said I can make an appointment for another day.
How does that work?
I made an appointment that was confirmed. Get there for you to tell me that you can't service my car. Then tell me to make another appointment.
Make another appointment to risk you telling me again that you can't service my car?
Then there's more. After driving away, to go to my normal dealership. I should've just gone there in the first place. Another sales rep calls me to say that hey I see that you have an appointment. Are you still coming? and are you still interested in trading your car? What? No thank you. You turned me away with an appointment and asked if I am coming to trade my car. This is just a mess. Safe to say I will never come back or doing any business with your shop.
I have always had fantastic service at Honda dealerships across multiple states but this one was the exception. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I've gone to this dealership several times, and each time, the customer service lacks just lacks. It did in 2021, and it did today again. Today, I waited for 2 hours and ten minutes for an oil change (when I was told it would be at most an hour), was asked by two sales reps if I'd sell my car, was left a voicemail on my phone with two people talking - I traced the number back to the dealership, and when I brought this up to management, people shrugged it off. I bore witness to a masterclass in customer service ineptitude with flawless execution. I recommend going to Honda of Stamford...I wanted to go there, but they were booked up (and for good reason).

First, I'm a real customer. A couple of weeks ago I drove into the White Plains Honda Service Center with a minivan door that wouldn't close, a shattered side window and some body damage.
I was referred to Alexis who from the first instance reassured, guided and assisted in so many ways:
1. Help with the claim AND coordinating all necessary inspections and documentation with the insurer.
2. A replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Not only that but one that can support the same passenger needs as our minivan.
3. Regular updates about the process and general availability for anything else.
Wait there's more, the team went above and beyond, and since the vehicle was already in the shop, agreed to fix a couple of scratches on my bumper and cleaned the car.
This was a totally unexpected experience that resulted in a loyal customer when I initially expected a lot more hardship and insurance nightmare.
I can't be happier with the work, the process, and the care I received and I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need.

The personalized service - yes, they are there to help you in any way they can, from repairs to loaners - is amazing. I'm on a first-name basis with the service dept. manager, who keeps me updated on what needs to be done on my car, when it will be done and delivering the car to me. Every business should take lessons on how to treat customers.

My car was broken into, so I decided to bring it to the White Plains Honda Service Center for repairs and servicing. The service was exceptional! Shout out to Alex M for the consistent updates and clear communication throughout the process. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. I definitely recommend having your car serviced at this location.

This place does fine work, but will often recommend repairs that are either unneeded, or not yet needed. For example, recommending break pads that still have half of their life left. They will then forget to charge you, and call you nonstop for payment, even on a Saturday. Go to a local independent mechanic if you want to go somewhere honest and not so scammy.
Additionally, every time I did bring my car in, Id have at least 2 sales reps trying to get me to sell my car to them. I had to mentally prepare myself for this everytime. Sometimes theyd call after I dropped off my car.
All in all, never expect to pay for only one thing when bringing your car in. They will reccomend unneeded repairs, and will make you jump through hoops to talk to a mechanic directly, unless you are okay talking second hand to a "service advisor".

Just started going to WP Honda service this year and so far they are pretty good. Better communication can be in the area of follow up service call appts to the customer…They called me 3times to confirm my appt was cancelled in one day and within minutes of each call.

I was at the white plains Honda service center today to pick up my wife and daughter who went there for an oil change, when I walked into the building I was disgusted from the music that was playing, they were playing hip-hop music that had tons of profanity, there were also other kids there besides my daughter, kids should not be exposed to this kind of profanity, I hope management will address this issue because it is extremely offensive to people with children

Today I brought two of my cars in to be serviced, mine and the other car was my wife’s. Liana Wright was my service advisor. My wife’s car was set for an appointment at 11:15 for an issue with the airbag & NYS inspection. I explained to Liana Wright that my wife would pick up the car after she got out of work, when I inquired if the job would be complete same day she assured me that it would be. At 1:45pm I called for an update since I hadn’t received any. I was told she would call me back. At 2:48. My wife arrives to the service center to ask for an update since I did not receive a call back. One of your service advisors walked over to Liana Wright to ask her about the vehicle while my wife is present, Liana then goes on to mock me and my wife to the other service advisors. They have to remind her that my wife was there waiting to find out an answer. Liana Wright then composes herself to come speak to my wife after realizing that she heard her, mocking us and explains to her that our car was moved down the list and it has not been seen however she never apologized for the rude behavior. Then Liana proceeds to tell my wife we will get the car back tomorrow-hopefully, but we need to pay before they can proceed to work on the vehicle. My wife left embarrassed and in tears this is the worst experience we have had. Please advise what actions will be taken to rectify this incident. We are now entering day 3 without an update.
