I came in to Empire GMC of white plains to get an Audi a6. Great service workers all took care of us as soon as we walked in the door. Great price and mileage of the car and they helped us through the whole process. I would recommend anyone to come here and check out any cars.

What a waste of time. i took my car for a check up because of a noise, after keeping my car for a day, they said theyfound several things wrong with my truck and was about like 5,000, mind you i knew something was wrong with the balljoint. i took my car somewhere else and they saw an issue with the balljoint and was replaced. two days later i get a call from Empire Buick and all they tried to do is sell me a car. they said your car is a little old and we can replaced it for you with a trade in, instead of payign the Five Grand you should put it in other truck. GMC 2017 Yukon XL is not old. yea ok, never going back there again.

I came to the dealership after I could not get what I needed with numbers at another store sure enough I found the vehicle that I needed. We had to wait for the title. It took almost a week, but I got the numbers where I wanted to be at monthly payment wise. I was very very satisfied. I would recommend this place to other customers that need a good deal.
Everyone was very polite and friendly, including Zeeshan, Kyle, and the finance manager
They went above and beyond to make me very happy customer

Drake helps out with my new car, he was awesome and I felt comfortable working with him. For a first time buyer he did explain in Spanish to my parents in law and my fiance. I’m very exited to work with Empire Buick GMC of White Plains. I hope I will see them soon !!! PD: thank you for the pizza ?

Two weeks ago we went with my husband, and the same day we left Montao's. Don't worry if language is a problem. The financial agent, Willy, speaks Spanish, and is very kind, friendly and efficient. Willy gave us 5+ star service. He helped us the most.
Ryan was our salesman, despite not speaking Spanish he was very patient and respectful. And we process everything super fast.
Language is not a problem at Empire Buick GMC. You won't find long faces!! The manager was also super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Had a comfortable experience with Preet Devgun. No hardshell, answered every question and shared all the steps he was taking. Willie Rodriguez in finance, explained every part of the contract. All the employees were informative and professional
