Betty is the best banker btw Can someone assist me. I attempting to make payments to be current on my mortgage payment. Access is restricted for some reason. Betty spoke to a banker via telephone. The mortgage banker stated to deposit the money in the account and withdraw it when it becomes avail to the mortgage account. Can someone please assist Ty

Worst branch in Westchester. Painfully slow. Won’t let you wire money for large purchases without an appointment. When I went for my appointment they tried to talk me out of wiring money to an escrow account associated with another major bank for a home purchase.

On August 17, 2022 my son and I went into Wells Fargo on North Broadway in White Plains NY..Betty Twum took us to her desk and spent an hour explaining things to us and making phones to get the information we needed..She was AMAZING. They are lucky to have her.

I hate to write a bad review but I feel I need to. I had an appointment at this bank to discuss a long standing issue in order to close out an account. I am a long term customer of Wells Fargo with several liquid, investment and a car loan account. I arrived on time and had to wait while Madeline Salazar prepared herself for me. She was chilling from the beginning and coldly kept telling me she could do nothing to help me. She did proceed to gather up the info I needed. She was clearly capable. When she spoke to the person on the Wells Fargo legal department she was overly pleasant.. To me she was awful. What did I do? I am paying customer needing some guidance with an appointment for her time. Pitiful customer service.

Absolutely the WORST service and concern for a customer. The staff is constantly relocated and causing an uncomfortable environment for CUSTOMERS who have $$$ in this bank, If you complain, THEY SAY DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO! (Disgraceful!!) Anyone know of another banking institute in New York to recommend? AVOID WELLS FARGO!/customers and helps

Today around 11:30am I went to this location to deposit a check, after meeting with the for 15 mins with the teller, he stated that my check was flagged in the system and told me that I should contact the company that wrote the check. I stepped to the side to call the customer service rep and they explained to me that they didn't put a hold on the check. I went back to the teller and he firmly stated that there was nothing he could do and ask for a number they could call for verification. I gave them the number and stood there waiting for about 25 mins. They proceeded to pull me to the side and tell me that there was nothing they could do after having me wait for a while. I didn't leave this location until close to 1pm. I went to a near by Wells Fargos bank (N Central ave ) and made the transaction that I needed in under 5 mins . If they give you a hard time. Don't waste your time here.

I made an ATM cash deposit at the main lobby of the North White Plains Wells Fargo on March 4,2015. While the machine was counting the machine it stopped and went back to the main screen. Neither a receipt or the money came out of the machine at that point. I immediately made a claim with customer service and the next day I contacted the manager who informed me I would have to wait 45 days for an investigation to be completed, because they don't withdraw or handle the monies in the ATM. After 45 days Wells Fargo informed me that they did not find my money. I then called the branch and the young lady that took the call from her manager told me, "We don't handle the ATM and what could have happened here is that the people who do remove the money didn't see the transaction posted and pocketed the money". This is not an answer I was prepared to hear after waiting 45 days. I am now quickly moving my business, personal and lines of credit to another banking institution after being a faithful customer for 18 years. The Vice President of the branch in Larchmont, Joanne Granchelli, who was a manager when I first opened my account with First Union has also let me down with this situation and a few others that have occurred since Wells Fargo has taken over Wachovia. For example she talked me into switching my merchant services from who I had, to Wells Fargo which caused a lot of issues because the system never worked properly. I called her numerous times over a six month period and she never sent anyone in to speak with me or help me, just gave me numbers to call. Eventually I figured out on my own that the system worked better through an Ethernet connection rather than the traditional phone line system. This involved having to drill holes through walls on my hands and knees to wire the credit card machine to the modem and also spent quite a few hours on the phone with technicians to get it working. I am running a business and should not have had to deal with this myself. It should have been handled by the branch. In my opinion, she should have stepped up and handled this herself considering she talked me into changing over to her system, when I didn't have a problem with my prior merchant services account who came in and set everything up for me in the past as it should be.
