WOW.. What an experience.!!! My cat Jackson Early was sick and it had been. Few days and they welcomed us and treated us both with respect and dignity. They all seemed to love what they did. From the lady vacuuming the carpet in the foyer to the receptionist to the immediate entry to the nursing and doctor. They were kind and gentle and compassionate. He was very calm through the process. I had two concerns, my cats health and the cost. Dr. Sciona (Exceptional) was compassionate she understood and the service actually wound up being within my budget. I was soo relieved. My cat received the care and medication he needed without breaking g the bank. When he returned home he was already started to seem better. He’s slowly on the mend. ❤️? Annnddd they had adult treats. I dont usually eat candy but with the stressful day I enjoy those 2 fun sized Twix. lol I couldn’t be more happy with the ENTIRE Experience. Shout to VEG..! ❤️?️

I came to the vet with my dog Lady who has dementia and I was really satisfied with the care I got from doctor york, technician Shay, and Brianna the assistant. They are fantastic!! They showed so much care and compassion.

We unexpectedly took our cat in for an emergency evaluation and were referred to Veterinary Emergency Group by our veterinarian.
The entire experience was great. The Vet, Vet Tech and all of the staff were courteous, respectful, and took the time to listen and explain the diagnosis and what we needed to do at home.
I highly recommend Veterinary Emergency Group!

Everyone we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and supportive. We were seen right away, they kept me informed the whole time, and they went out of their way to check on me. The doctors, techs, and front desk staff created a friendly environment, which I really appreciated during a stressful time.

I’m about a year and a month late to this review, but don’t think any less of the rave review I give to this team. I went to VEG after a not-so descriptive or in-depth diagnosis I received from a different emergency vet. I was certain my senior cat’s leg was broken, and the team at VEG heard me loud and clear. After informing them that my kitty was a difficult patient, he was triaged appropriately and the team allowed for me to stay with him the entire time I was there. They took bloodwork and x-rays that I was denied at the previous emergency vet that concluded what I had believed, and went on to recommend a facility that would be able to provide me with the services I and my cat needed, along with recommendations for post-op care. With unlimited gratitude and appreciation, VEG’s diagnosis allowed for me to have more time with my cat AND his comfort. I cannot recommend this facility any more than words allow; if your pet is in need of help, the team at VEG will guarantee you’ve got it. Thank you all for giving my senior cat a new lease on life!

The compassion not only the front desk and the doctor showed, we will forever be eternally grateful.
We brought our beloved Fifi after we had found her last night not being able to walk perfectly, we had hopes she’d make it. My partner bottle fed her and also with like a little syringe tried giving her food, Fifi had taken it perfectly. I guess that’s why we maybe got out hopes up. The next morning which would 10/20/24 she couldn’t move at all anymore, let alone open her mouth. Unfortunately we didn’t have the funds to get her treated but we were ready to give her up to get treated if it meant she could be saved. When my partner mentioned that over the phone, the kind receptionist said something that gave us hope even with our lack of funds. We didn’t know about scratch pay or anything but we would have been ready to do anything for our baby. Unfortunately Fifi passed in my partners arm which she’s still in a bit of shock over but when we came in, I noticed how kind and understanding everyone was in the Office-Vet. Even though at the point she was gone (I tried telling my partner but she still had hoped) you guys still looked at her and tried to help and that just shows the compassion you guys have for animals. Thank you to everyone at VEG from the reception to the doctors and just everyone.

Crooks! All they care about is money. My dog was vomiting during the day and became lethargic in the evening. My vet was closed and referred me to this location. They looked at him, and did some vitals. He was seen briefly by the doctor and 20 minutes later they handed me a bill suggesting my dog stay overnight for $2,000. They did not do doing any testing such as bloodwork, X-rays or treatment with IV, but suggested this. Ridiculous! I declined without these services to be done first. They still charged me $900 for a checkup of vitals and medication they said would last 5 days but was only 2 days. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Couldn’t ask for more. The professionalism is above par and kindness and compassion is shown by every person who works there. I hope no one needs an ER but this is the place you need to go to in an emergency.

We recently had to take a pup into the ER due to swallowing a sock! This office took us in right away and were able to induce vomiting instantly so we were able to retrieve the sock.
I'm so appreciative to them for taking care of us so quickly!!

I initially wrote something and deleted because i felt bad. I have 2 cats my first cat i brought in here for an emergency the bill was 1400. I ended up bringing the cat to the vet to be diagnosed another 800 dollars later. On Saturday October 12th i brought my other cat in because of course vets off on weekends so 6am i bring my cat in not eating lethargic. Do blood work …. Nothings wrong here’s a probiotic for her. Ok 1200 later bring her home. It’s now Thursday she’s still not right. I lost my job and about to lose my house. I called back today stated she’s still sick no change they told me to bring her to a vet. With what money now. I would like to thank you for nothing ….. wasted money especially since my cat is still sick. Thanks veg!!! I hope people read this if you can wait to go to a vet to it…. Or find another ER vet. The staff is great with animals but all the company is doing is preying on people who are upset for their animals and getting whatever money they can from you.
