Horrible horrible horrible. Took 45min even with an appointment. The people there are slow and incompetent. It then took 30min to update my information in the system so she could ship my bracelet. Only so I can find out that she made a mistake and I had to go back to the store to pick it up. Another 45 min wait. Don’t waste your time. Go to the city, get your nice chocolate and glass of champagne and truly enjoy your experience. White plains store is not worth it.

Horrible service. Takes forever. Even with an appointment, you are bound to wait 45min. Then the people helping you are slow and incompetent. Took 20min to update my address in the system then forgot to make the order to be delivered so I had to go back to the store again just to pick up the item (another 45min wait) Don't waste your time and what could be a great experience. Just go to the city and get your chocolate and nice glass of champagne.

The sales associate who assisted me was one of the most welcoming, knowledgeable, and pleasant people I’ve ever encountered. Her name is Asha and if I could give her 10 stars I would.Highly recommend this VCA boutique! Great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service.

Here’s how my first experience at Van Cleef and Arpels went. I drove all the way from CT (2 hrs), to try on and purchase a bracelet I’ve had my eyes on for sometime for my birthday. I walked in overly joyous to only be treated as if I wasn’t a potential customer. I wasn’t allowed to look around at their products (all which I’ve never seen in person- only online), and was told twice to have a seat. The experience was very disappointing and I was confused as to why we were being treated that way. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. We left shortly after arriving. We walked around for a few minutes before finding a Tiffany’s and Company store and purchased a ring there. Day and Night experiences between the two stores. Tiffany’s was much more welcoming. I will be purchasing a Van Cleef and Arpels bracelet, but instead at the Boston location.

Atrocious and condescending service. My husband bought me a gorgeous bracelet that I wanted to exchange for store credit as my lifestyle is too casual for the bracelet to get the wear it deserves. Two of the associates made comments to the effect of "how could you exchange such a gorgeous bracelet" which was none of their business. I reluctantly agreed to get it sized and then called them and decided against it. They told me they will issue a stop order. Stop order was never honored and bracelet was sized so now I cannot exchange it. I can't help but feel they did this purposely. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager and NOBODY will call me back. I was even hung up on while waiting for them to take down my name and number. Never have my husband and I been treated so appalling poor at a luxury house. They will never get another dime from us unless they make this right which they seem to have no interest in doing so. AVOID this location at all costs!

Customer service was terrible. There was no one in store and the employee was not helpful nor nice with our inquiries on one particular necklace. She was not willing to help me compare the outcome with the tax because she would have to start over. She had absolutely nothing else to do because we were the only ones in store but she was not willing nor did she have a good attitude. Will not be coming back because the employees here are not willing to help.

Extraordinary jewelry, exceptional service (almost), horrible return policy. Purchased jewelry for my wife. My wife decided to exchange it for something of lesser value. Sorry - all sales are final! You are not allowed a refund but only a store credit - which must be spent in the store or in Neiman Marcus. It cannot be used to even purchase from their on line store. Meanwhile, the on line store offers a full refund if you purchase from them and return the product. Buyer Beware. Buy on line!
