the worst place i’ve ever been to. they have attitude for no reason and they will just hold your package if they can’t make a simple delivery when i told them i tracked my package here they were like go file a claim and that she couldn’t find it in the back they obviously don’t take their jobs seriously and look like they don’t even wanna be their never have i ever went to a usps store and have been treated like this honestly they are scumbags and scammers

My package was supposed to be delivered by May 7th!!! It is now May 20th and I still have no package and I cannot get in touch with anyone! My items are food items so this is a major problem! This is unbelievable!

Updated: Not only did Kai ask me to write a check for the incorrect amount, it caused more delays. Do not trust what they say and prepare for a verbal beat down if you question Kai.
I don't like to call people out but this was literally the worst experience. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I showed up for an appointment for passport replacements for my parents. I did my homework as I didn't want any issues. My parents' passports were lost but expired in 2021. I had photo copies of the old passports as evidence. The website said NOT to file a lost passport if you know it expired. I glanced at the rep's name tag and noticed it said "Kai." Kai's response and tone was loud and rude. If she disagreed with me that's fine. The manner in which she handled herself and the fact she openly complained about helping us ("Thank god this is the last of this today") before we even spoke to each other is incredibly rude to say the least. Train your people with updated information available. No one should be able to behave so terribly with so many people. Just look at all the reviews about Kai. Avoid this place at all costs. See screenshots from the US Passport website for evidence. I wasn't wrong, Kai. YOU WERE.

We just had the worst experience today (Saturday morning) with a passport appt for a minor with employee Kai. Our appt was at 10am. We walked in at 10:11am. I realize we were late but figured there was a grace period. There were 3 people in front of me. I get to the front and its now 10:20am. I tell the lady my appt was at 10. She says I was supposed to be there 15 min before my appt. I said it didnt say that in the confirmation email, I didn't know. She says “thats the rule”. She then says it’s past your appointment anyway. I say actually i was here at 10:11 but there was a line. She said I should have INTERRUPTED her with her prior appt to tell her I had an appt. WHAT?! Never has a post office worker wanted to be interrupted. I dont believe she wanted me to interrupt her for one sec. She said I could wait for someone not to show up for their appt but that she was fully booked until 12. I continued to ask questions and she then yelled “You’re CANCELLED!” Are you kidding me?? While waiting for the manager, someone came up to us and he said that he had the nastiest argument with her previously. She clearly wants to do the least amount of work possible. We left. Avoid at all costs!!

She kept yelling at us for not filling the correct form without telling me which form to begin with. I filled 3 forms and then she kicked us out of the door to reschedule. She is so grumpy that you definitely shouldn’t schedule a Saturday appointment with her again.

Bailey was absolutely the kindest, most pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable clerk ever. I came in with an attitude due to the clerk at the N Broadway office who instructed me to see a manager at Fisher St if I was unhappy with her inability to perform a simple change of address. So glad I did.It took Bailey about 10 seconds, with an attitude that turned my entire day around .
