I would give zero stars if possible. This afternoon around 4:15 PM, I waited in line for 25 to 30 minutes. There were two associates—one woman wearing a mask who was helping multiple people, and another with glasses who was just talking until she finally assisted the gentleman before me. When I reached the front of the line, the woman with glasses told me her computer wasn't working correctly, and her label printer wasn't functioning, so she couldn’t help me.
I asked if the second associate could assist, as she had just printed 5-10 labels for the woman in front of me. Before I could even approach her for help, she loudly declared, "That's it, I ain't doing anymore labels!" I was shocked by how rude she was, making me feel like I had done something wrong just by coming in with a QR code. Instead of trying to help, she refused to assist, leaving me with no choice but to walk out without mailing my package.
I expressed to both associates how incredibly rude they were and that I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. There was a line of over eight people behind me, and I had already waited with about eight people in front of me. I understand that USPS employees may not always be happy with their jobs, but a little decency is expected when someone is kind and simply asking for help—especially when it’s your job to print labels as part of the service. I do not recommend this location, and I hope management addresses this issue with their team. This is not how a community USPS should operate.

I had a nice experience at this US Post office in White Plains. It was right after closing time on a Saturday, like 2 minutes after. I went up to the door and saw the employee inside. I explained that I only had to get the mail from our box inside and that I really needed to get a letter I was waiting for. He let me in and was really nice.

If it would be possible to give a zero or negative review I would, nasty workers who are rude and need to be taught basic manners, the place is disgusting, it's a perfect example of why the post office is a disaster.

If I can give 0, I’ll put 0 with no doubt. So rude, rude , rude, rude“Finish your thing now, and get out of the dog”, he is rude to me to my emotional support dog, shame on the guy , he need some education

The customer service is terrible. The tellers hate their job. It clearly states open at 8:30 am. The teller walked in closer to 9:00am with the worst attitude. Even when you as a customer say good morning they still have attitude. Customer training class is highly recommended for this location.

Nando was very rude to another customer while I was there which was very uncomfortable to witness. He should not be working with the public with an attitude like that. Also, the night before, he wouldn’t do my transaction 10 minutes before closing saying it was too late.

Hours of operation Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. They are still not open at this time. Almost an hour late and not even a sign on the door, to say we will be later or not in operation today.

Horrible staff, very rude. I was kicked out after I came in at 5:54 put my packages together to go to counter and he said it was closed. To my knowledge a d experience once your in the post office before its closed they have to take care of you as a customer before they close.
