The hours are incorrect. No one is usually at the desk and on the rare occasion they are, they will yell at you when you ask any questions or try to drop off a package.

I was here Wednesday 2:30 pm and had the nicest interaction with the guy with glasses. He’s the sweetest. This place gets a lot of hate and I’ve had some slightly off putting experiences, but come for this guy. Huge shoutout!

It is literally frightening how the people are at this location, I have no words. Every time I go in there, they’re screaming at someone they are closed. They close an hour early almost every day. They take hours for lunch and I could almost forget about that but the way all the customers are treated is absolutely horrific. They literally yell at people and make them get out and get away with it. You could be standing in line for 10 minutes. They could be sitting there and still not help you and if you do get help, your life is on the line. It is that bad. I wonder if anyone knows anything that can be done. It keeps getting worse.

The clerks are very nice and accommodating however this branch is often short staffed and either open late or close early. I blame the postmaster for not looking out for our branch.

Please visit this place for the comedy alone. It is the most horrendously undersupplied, poorly managed and antagonistic post office I have ever seen. Every time I have a package to send and I'm at the CVS next door I visit simply to affirm that they indeed cannot help me because they don't have the box or sticker necessary. I suspect it's a social experiment to see how poorly a government run place can operate before it is shut down. 10/10 comedy, 1/10 service.

I never like going to the Post Office because you are bound to get a surly person behind the counter. They behave this way because they can get away with it and are truly bad people. Many of their employees are dysfunctional and there is zero government accountability. Try the main Post Office in Scarsdale, NY if you want the nastiest people behind the counter. I walked out with a package one day without giving it to her she was so antagonistic and combative. USPS, some are the worst of the worst.

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. Do youtself a favor and find a different one to do your postal business. The staff are extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and sort of nasty. I had an Asian gal who refused to speak loud enough for me to even hear or understand her. And she refused to stamp my box as fragile. My local post office in Brewster is awesome and they use their ink stamper to stamp the box fragile, when asked. I am spoiled with my post office...but this place on N.Broadway; well let's just say I'm glad I don't live down here and are forced to use this deplorable post office. Shame on them!
It was dirty, unorganized and extremely unkept. I would rather drive into White Plains then ever come back here again. I can only hope my packages get to there destination in one piece & unbroken. She wouldn't even give me the projected delivery date. She just kept saying 3-4 days. I paid for priority service for delivery in CT & NY. She should be able to give the date of delivery. My local post office always does and they are right on the money...always correct. I will never come back here and suggest you don't either. Sorry.

You can come to this post office at a random time during business hours and it's closed. The sign on the door will say they are out to lunch and will be back at a certain time. You can come back after the time stated and it will still be closed. This has happened at least 6 times I don't even go here any more. The worst USPS in the area.

They claim to open at 830 but that is not accurate. Waited 15mins and had to leave because no one would open the door.
