If I could give 1 star to get this place shut down I would. Every single person who works here is out to get you to cry!!!! Lady said it was her fourth time explaining it to me. Like good for you I hope your ego feels great. Absolutely no customer service support here you're better off losing your package.

Why is this office even opened? No one is ever working. There’s always a be right back sigh up instead of someone working behind the counter. If someone is behind the counter she’s too busy on her cell phone to attend to the customers.

3/6/24 at 1:14pm. Unfortunately extremely rude customer assistance, luckily there are other post offices in White Plains a little further away but they treat you like a human.
