I went to this store and it’s better to just shop online! The staff are nice but not useful in anyway, a 6 year old could work at urban outfitters If the job was being nice ! And for Nat the manager, was watching my entire move! Urban outfitters in the Westchester needs a revamp!

I wanted to exchange a couple of dresses (The same style but 3 different colors) for a size that was smaller. The transaction probably took around 35 minutes since we were working with 7 dresses in total. Thank you so much Brooke for your patience and making the experience smooth and friendly.

I am never going back to this location in white plains again. The team has no idea on how to do their job and they either don't pay attention or really don't care about their positionn all. Two times that I've gone, I've been given misinformation and no help . I asked about a specific item and was given the wrong info both occasions. I don't trust shopping there again so I won't be setting foot in there from now on.

Why are all the cashiers working in slow motion? Had to look around to make sure I'm not stuck in a twilight zone. Waited at least 15 minutes and there was no one in front of me. Cashiers FAILED!!!

Love the brand. The store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Not the most selection. Stores in NYC, CT and jersey have more selection and options than this location does. But I still go here all the time cause it’s the closest. Have to pay for parking
