Great costumer service in the store the guy with afro and the guy at the door greeting the costumers, literally make my day better also they were efficient making the wait time shorter recomended 100%

Great customer service, a fantastic example of how to earn repeat customers. There are other UPS stores closer to me, but I used this one because of the good reviews. I am happy I did.

I live in white plains but go out of my way to come here because the ups locations/customer service closer to white plains are SO horrible. The people working here are so much nicer and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at this UPS store two weeks ago. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Ian who was kind and very efficient. Ian didn’t hesitate to help me get the packages out of my car while telling jokes. He made a stressful process very enjoyable. Thanks Ian!!!!
