This ups location has the new self service machine. Which is amazing because you can just scan your labels and don’t have to wait in line and just drop off your packages in the box’. You can also email or text the receipt vs the paper option. Which is one good for the environment but you like paper you can still do it. The people there are super friendly and helpful. Like that they have that machine.

This is my go to for returns to Amazon and UPS shipment. Great parking, nice staff. I’ve only been there once when it was so crowded I had to wait.

Super efficient and friendly service here, there was a line for service but I was still in and out in 2 mins. Very convenient for Amazon returns.

This review is strictly for Kevin. He was an absolute pleasure at the UPS store. He was patient and considerate. He took time to explain things to me. I use this UPS store quite often and today is the first time I felt like I should leave a review. If Management is reading — you should hire more people like Kevin!

I can't do anything about it now because I know UPS will not take responsibility. At the very least my experience will only be forwarded. I went in today and returned 4 packages to amazon. I was helped by an older gentlemen (he's been there a while) who was helpful and explained the amazon return process to me. Unfortunately, he did not scan my 4th package but took my merchandise anyway. I should have looked at the receipt so that's my fault. Make sure you check your receipts as these people are human and can easily make mistakes.

My box cost $140 at UPS where FedEx quoted me $250. The man helping me at UPS knew the products and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The older man was helping a new hire learn and was very helpful and nice to the person he was training.

They refused to take my Amazon return. Amazon said no box or label needed. UPS said it needed to be boxed up. The were very arrogant and totally unhelpful.

It was my first time going to UPS store and ship some stuff. I was super nervous on the way there I didn’t know how to do it because I came from Japan never ship stuff in the US.But a guy employee was super friendly he did everything for me and told me I did great job ! It made my day I’m not going to be nervous next I go ? Thank you !

I go by here at least once a month, and have had consistently good to very good experiences. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I know some reviewers give them a hard time, but my guess is that those negative experiences are mainly due to limitations of UPS, not the staff, who from what've I've seen have a very good attitude.

I always drop off returns and use this UPS for shipping. the staff is always polite and on the ball. i don’t understand the negative reviews
