the staff here are rude and act based on their own prejudice. the store owner Liam is an arrogant and entitled person, and he is selfish and greedy and does not at all care about customer service. do yourselves a favor and do not bring business to them

I’ve had the worst ever customer experience of my life here with the staff members who so diligently did absolutely nothing except string my partner and I along for the past 3 months with no answers or next steps for a package we shipped out in early march. Maria the manager, and Liam the owner, accepted no accountability and while we showed them patience and grace for the past 3 months, in the span of 15 minutes, we were shown nothing but unprofessionalism and disrespect. They treated us so poorly and did absolutely nothing for us despite wasting 3 months of our time. I hope from, and I quote from Maria, “the bottom of my heart” that another paying customer does not go through this with these people. 3 months and $500 down the drain. Do not bring your business to this UPS location because God forbid something goes wrong, they will not take accountability because they are “privately owned”. Not even after wasting our time with their incompetence and lack of answers, could they compensate us for the loss of $500.

This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.
