I had a very good experience in the store yesterday. Crystal the store manager was really quite helpful, patient and pleasant. She gave me as many options in clothing as I wanted and gave me honest feedback without being pushy. I would come back and shop here again.

Both girls that were there didn't offer any help. I tried on a shirt and wasn't sure about it but I didn't feel like asking questions because of their disinterest. I ended up going to Bonobos which was great.

The 2 girls didn’t say hi to my husband and I and we’re laughing very hard as if they were the only ones there. We were going to buy and prefer to order instead of feeling uncomfortable

I already like the shirts, that's not an issue. But I really appreciated the personal attention and customer service. Jo was very helpful in making sure I had the right fit and she made the shopping experience quick and painless. Bravo.

Absolutely an amazing experience there. The sales were great and the customer service was even better. Very very helpful with the sizes and the problems I was having. Will be going back very soon. Mario and Anna are the best ask for them.

Great customer service, staff was very helpful even with them being very busy they still made you feel like you where the only one in the store. Offered cold bottle water and help fitting you into the right size shirt as there sizing runs different. Great sales on some shirts also... the dressing rooms to try on shirts was very clean and store was played out really nice and made it easy to find the type of shirt you were looking for... Now by no means are they cheap shirts but the old saying is you get what you pay for as they are well made shirts and sharp looking I needed up buying a few of them as they are nice quality shirts.

Last night, my husband, daughter and I went to the store in The Westchester, White Plains, NY. From the moment we walked in, it was the best shopping experience we have ever had. My daughter and I sat down on the ever so comfortable sofa while my husband shopped with his father's day gift card. We were offered a water bottle by Jose and we had a nice chat about the fit and clothes in the store. When my husband was ready with some shirts, Jose found him the perfect fit. Jose was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Checkout was fast. I have to say, even the way the items were bagged was unbelievable. Beautiful! We will certainly spread the word about this store and be back often. Thanks for a great experience.

Great Service. My fiancé had tried on a few shirts and Jose made him feel very comfortable. He walked us through the store and showed us how it worked. He even gave us some outfit ideas. We ended up buying 4 shirts. I will definitely be returning. I am so happy you guys opened up in this mall.
