Paul the boxing instructor is top notch , can't say enough good things about him. He's amazing with my daughter. He is knowledgeable, patient,passionate, & great vibe. I would highly recommend. Also Nate at the front desk is so very personable and kind.

My daughter Gulgun has started to look forward to working out ever since she started going to UFC GYM White Plains! The staff there are so kind, thoughtful, understanding, and professional!
