I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.

Received phenomenal service from Caitlin today at this location. Came in for a repair appointment and she was fast, warm and accommodating. The folks at the stores in Manhattan should take a hint from her when it comes to superb service. Thanks again!

I recently made a purchase of a bracelet for my daughter's 16th birthday. It had to be returned for one that fit smaller. My sales rep assured me that it would be delivered in a few days. Well, after numerous unanswered texts with my sales rep I decided to call the store directly only to discover the order has still not been processed for delivery. After waiting 9 days only to find out it wasn't even close to being delivered I felt compelled to cancel the order.
My daughter is tired of waiting as well . So disappointed with lack of communication and follow up after my purchase. Did I mention I had to pay 15usd extra to buy the same bracelet with the same method of payment when the exchange took place.? And it wasn't a delivery fee,of that I'm sure.
It's unfortunate but I'm sure my daughter will think of something to replace her bracelet. Tiffany and Co ...you let us down.!

I had gone into Tiffany to get a repair done on a necklace; upon my arrival a saleswoman was taking care of a customer return I believe. It was taking quite some time and the customer looked frustrated so I left and came back 15 minutes later. Upon my return the original saleswoman (red glasses) is behind a new saleswoman (blonde) who is helping someone. The "blonde" asked me how she could help and she turned to "red glasses" and said she will be right with you. SO "red glasses" proceeds to walk into an office and SHUT THE DOOR never saying a word. I proceed to wait but eventually had to leave. NEVER at any point did "red glasses" address me the 1st time when I was standing there for 15 minutes nor the 2nd when I came back!
The security guards had better manners than this woman!
I would have left zero if possible and I gave 2 stars for the attentive blonde saleswoman who tried to help!

Great experience and value with Amanda the week before the circus of last minute Mother’s Day shoppers. My original solitaire and infinity bands came from the Fifth Avenue location. I have sized the engagement ring a couple of times, but dropped lots of weight and kept it off, so the engagement ring was extremely loose. Amanda didn’t try to oversell me anything ostentatious. She was honest and knowledgeable in helping me select a basic platinum band to complement and showcase my set. Thanks to her we will continue to be loyal Tiffany & Co. customers.

Had to get an engagement ring cleaned and tightened. Very nice and friendly staff. Great sense of humor. Not stuffy at all.

I took an earring that I purchased from this Tiffany's location16 years ago for repair. After holding my earrings for 3 weeks the rep called me to let me know that they will not repair it because it was "not a Tiffany's piece" keep in mind the repair was not going to be free regardless. They could not find me in their system because their system does not go back that many years! Why did it take 3 weeks only to return the earing to me in the same condition? I took the earrings to jeweler down the street, and my earring were repaired and cleaned in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Tiffany's.

Completely disappointed in the White Plains store specifically but Tiffany and Co in general. I ordered a gift online on the 17th to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. I keep checking the order status and just keep getting that it’s processing. I reach out to customer support via phone and get told “the system” is down and they can’t get any info. I email customer support and 2 days later (morning of 22nd get told the same thing via email but they also include that the White Plains store is handling my order and I can call them directly. Please do yourself a favor, if you are looking for anything timely or decent customer support go to any other retailer.

Appalling at how corporate allows this particular location to allow its employees to be so nasty and condescending to it's customers. I'm a huge fan of T&Co. and have always thought the customer service was top notch and it is, EXCEPT at this location. Three times I've had to come here and each time they were so obnoxiously rude, not just unhelpful, think as rude as the sales lady in Pretty Woman. Utterly disgusted.

Was gifted a glass cake platter purchased from Tiffany & co by a family member. Had it stored in closet and had never taken it out of the box for years. During this time, the box had gotten crushed by inadvertently stacking heavy books on top. Went to Tiffany at The Westchester Mall and showed them the platter and damaged box and asked for a replacement box so I could regift it.. I was met by two nasty, rude, pretentious sales people, who tried to question the legitimacy of the purchase, and refused to offer a new box. I explained the story as described here, and insisted that I receive a new box in order to regift it and they finally went into the back and brought me out a box that was definitely used and looked like it had water damaged and told me that this was the best they would offer me… I am shocked at the attitude and customer service. Never will I consider purchasing anything at this store.
