We recently sold our home, and purchased a new home. Michael was our agent through the whole process and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. He exceeded every expectation we had during the process. He is genuine, proactive, communicated regularly and would clarify all/any questions we had. We are very thankful for the opportunity to work with Michael and his team. Michael was a practical sounding board and provided research to help us understand the best price for our property. He understood the industry and was thorough in his explanation about price, timing and the market and what that meant for our listing. By following his advice and lead, we received 3 solid offers around asking within 2 weeks, we were in contract by the end of week three. To say Michael went above and beyond to help sell my childhood home is an understatement. We were nervous about selling and he put our minds at ease by assuring us that he would guide us through the entire process. He was there every step and couldn't be more patient, empathetic, and professional. We had the pleasure of working with Michael on the purchase of our new home. Right after our initial meeting, we knew he was the perfect fit for us and was going to go above and beyond to secure the perfect house for us. We are new to the area, and Michael really made us feel comfortable with learning the NY real estate process and was very thorough in explaining any questions we had. Michael's team called us. My wife picked up without confidence as our last broker was a bust. Mike met our requirements and set up an appointment promptly. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear. He told us what we needed to hear. His recommendations were right on target across the board. We got several requests for showing immediately. Our house sold above asking within a week!

Highly recommend—Michael and his team (Anthony & Erin) were excellent at communicating with me often. From phone calls, quick video chats, texts, & emails, someone was always available when I had questions . Took the time to explain every step of the process. The first meeting he came prepared —did the homework and truthfully told me how much my house was worth and priced it accordingly —They sold my house the week it was listed! Had an offer after the first day of showings and got $12K+ more than the listed price. Very impressed & grateful this was not a long drawn out process. Thank you Michael, Anthony & Erin!
