I’ve been trying to leave a review for a long time and I can’t find the words to describe how this facility has helped me and my little one. Our day starts very early and as healthcare worker and a single mom. The staff is amazing in so many ways. They always welcome us 6am with a smile and ready to start the day. She loves and talks about every staff and how they play with her and how they are her “best friend” I walk knowing she is in good hands and I appreciate the safe and nurturing environment they provide. It's clear that the caregivers prioritize a stimulating learning environment, which has had a positive impact on my child's development. I appreciate the effort put into making each day a valuable learning experience. If you are looking for a place you found it ! I’m incredibly grateful to have found this daycare. The early opening hours have been a lifesaver for me as a single mom, accommodating my schedule seamlessly. The staff's friendliness and reliability provide a sense of security, making it easier to entrust my four-year-old to their care. The engaging and educational activities contribute to my child's growth, and the effective communication channels, including the portal and prompt responses, further enhance my confidence in their services. Overall, discovering this daycare has been a blessing, and I am genuinely thankful for the positive impact it has had on both my child and me.

I was about one week from leaving my toddler in this daycare, but I am glad that I didn't. Let me begin with this; I paid the $150 wait list fee and they charged me on two different cards stating that the first one declined when it didn't. Unfortunately, I am still (two months later) trying to dispute the transaction which was initially declined because TLE stated that I only used one card. Moreover, I went to visit before bringing my daughter there and I let her play in what would have been her future classroom.There were crumbs all over the ground, crumbled papers for anyone to pick up and put in their mouth, the kids were sharing each others bottles that were out for who knows how long, and my daughter even managed to grab a bitten cookie off the ground and almost ate it. There were barely any toys and they don't take donations, the floors are hard tile and there are only two filthy mats for the kids to play on, and there was a little girl there with snot dripping down her chin and coughing up a storm. Before leaving, I asked the director about their sick policy and was told that they check temperatures and send any symptomatic children home. She lied directly to my face as most of the kids in that room were coughing heavily.Not only this, but apparently it takes three staff members to change a child's diaper because as I was standing in the room watching my child, I realized that the staff members were all gone in the back to change one child's diaper. This means that they left all of the other children in the room unattended! I cannot believe what I have seen in this place. I told some other people about my experience and they were in disbelief as well. I was not going to write this review but when I found out this morning that they're trying to also hold my money by declining my dispute when my child does not even attend this place, I feel as though this is deserved.

My daughter started about a week ago at this lovely facility. With a short notice, I was forced to put my precious 2 year old daughter in a daycare. After multiple tours, I came across TLE. After a tearful conversation about my situation, Ms. Perla and Ms. Melissa were like heaven sent angels who showed me TLE was the perfect place for my little girl. With a week and a half of crying everytime I left her, to her waving goodbye when I leave, I couldn't have been happier and walk out with the best feeling of knowing she'sgonna be ok. My daughter has never attended a daycare and boy was it a massive change for her but with the help of the beautiful team at TLE, my baby girl enjoys everyday of "school". The teachers and administrators are so loving and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my little girl. Whether it's a big hug, a carry to sooth her or a friendly/fun distraction, the feeling of knowing my girl is going to be okay never fails. Though it may have just been a week and a half, the feeling of reassurance and FAMILY is definitely felt through every employee in this building. Once again thank you TLE for allowing my fear of leaving my baby in the hands of others to mistreat her is no longer a thought/concern and is long gone. Thank you for being an extended family and taking care of my baby girl.

As a new TLE parent at the White Plains location I am truly blessed to have my daughter here. The teachers she has are wonderful and the many pictures I get of her being so happy throughout her day helps me through my day. I would recommend this place for any parent who wants to feel safe and joyful that their child is in great care.

As a related service provider, I feel welcomed and supported working at TLE each day. Melissa and Perla advocate for their students, especially those in need of services. It’s a pleasure working with classroom teaches, assistants, and little ones!

TLE white plains are the best. My eldest son has been enrolled from 2 years and 10 months old to 4 years and 6 months old, and he enjoys it every day. The teachers always greet him with a smile. I think children can be naughty and demanding at times, but they treat children appropriately. English is not my son's first language, but he can speak it well now. He also likes the program. He does crafts, tries writing, tries out science and music, and plays outside. Every day, they upload photos of their school activities to a special app, so I look forward to seeing them. They are flexible, and my wife and I were able to make time for a meal together as a couple. I am very disappointed that I will have to move back to my home country. Lastly, I would like to thank you for taking good care of my son.

The TLE in White Plains is wonderful. Had my son enrolled during the summer program and he had a wonderful experience. His teachers Ms. Leslie and Ms. Shameka always welcomed him with a big smile and hugs. They were caring and welcoming.Ms. Perla and Ms. Melissa, the co-directors, also were amazing from the start. They were wonderful resources and have an open door policy in terms of you can come and talk to them anytime you have a question or concern.Looking forward to come back again in the summer months!

TLE White plains is a wonderful place! We chose TLE as our first place for our first child and he attended for 1 year and 8 months. He cried when he first started going there, but now TLE is his second home. All of the teachers have surrounded him with so much love. I cannot thank the lead teachers, Mr. Tyrone and Ms. Evelyn, enough for their love and patience. They supported him when he could not understand English (English is his second language). All the other teachers are friendly and kind.The directors, Ms. Melissa and Ms. Perla, are also wonderful. Always looking out for the safety of the children, frequent communication, and exciting seasonal decor.There are many fun events throughout the year.The extensive curriculum has encouraged development and his interests. Daily pictures brought laughter and communication to our family. If anyone is looking for a daycare or preschool in the neighborhood, I would definitely recommend TLE White Plains.The days spent at TLE are a treasure for our family. Thank you so much!Anna and Aoi

I had a great experience with the TLE of White Plains. The staff was terrific, the center was clean, and I appreciated that they had a learning curriculum. My son was always happy when getting dropped off to play with his friends, and they sent me tons of pictures and updates throughout the day on the mobile app (which was much appreciated as a working mom). The directors, Melissa and Perla, are fantastic and were always quick to respond to my emails and happy to answer my questions!

As a 1st time mom, I would trust no one besides my mom to take care of my baby girl, until I found TLE. The moment we walked in she felt at home, and I felt at peace knowing I could visit her anytime and see how she was doing in the Bubbles & Friends app. It’s been almost 2 years and I can’t find enough words to express my gratitude. The center is colorful and clean. Directors Ms. Perla and Ms. Melissa are like family, always available and happy to help. Each teacher is so qualified, caring and knowledgeable.My baby girl was always excited to share something about her day: a little project or activity, what she saw in her nature walk, singing new songs she had learned… I could tell she had a happy and productive day.Ms. Evelyn & Ms. Ana ?? Forever thankful for your love, patience and dedication.

My son loves the pre-K program. He was a "nanny" kid until 3yo and has adjusted well to the school setting. He has grown in the past few months in making friends and I love hearing about his day. Teachers have fostered a great learning environment to help instill more independence. My little guy is very happy. Thank you!

The learning experience - white plains has been a wonderful place for my son. He started at 12 months and is now 22 months. When we did a tour we got great vibes and all of our questions answered thoroughly by Ms Melissa.From his infant days with Ms Carolina we could feel the care and love that he was receiving. that made us feel comfortably quickly. When he moved up to the toddler room, it was an easy and great transition. We noticed that his speech and learning increased dramatically. He has such a great foundation and we are so grateful for the effort put into our son succeeding. I can’t praise the directors - Melissa and Perla - enough. They are so kind, friendly and routinely provide updates on your child. I love the app that provides photos and updates on what your child is doing throughout the day. Our family has had the best experience at TLE!

Please let me say how before coming to the Learning Experience, Eric and I had reviewed and visited a few day cares. None, were safe or good enough for Carter. We would like to express how thankful we are to have found you when we did. Finding a safe environment where I knew he would be looked after with love and care was my number one priority. My first time walking through those doors I felt calm and knew that was the place for Carter. Our experience at The Learning Center at White Plains has been amazing. Carter has enjoyed his 2 years there at the center. He has grown in his social, language, learning and physical skills. Has made many friends and I know he will miss hugging them all ?Thank you very much for all that you do. It takes a special group of people to love, care and do what you do every day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about TLE. My child has been at TLE since it opened. I was a first time mom and very nervous. Fast forward two years, and my child has learned so much. I’m genuinely impressed by the amount of care and attention they provide to the children. I would recommend to anyone (especially any first-time moms having mini panic attacks at the idea of leaving their children in daycare lol. They will be well taken care of.

My son has been attending TLE for over 2 years now, we love the program, my son loves the nature walks and summer activities. Mr. Tyronne is the BEST pre-school teacher!
