Help Desk Support is timely and spot on. System planning/design, enhancement and implementation equally spot on. We are a Type A company and TeamLogic integrates well with our culture. 5 stars!

Team Logic IT has been reliably fulfilling everything we signed on for in their proposal. Allen Chu makes himself personally available to solve issues as they arise, whether I’m on our company server or not. I’m an older, low tech person, and he can work patiently with me too.

My business is small but regulated by the New York State Department of Finance. We need a maximum security system in place with 24 hour a day monitoring. In the 26 years we've been in business, Team Logic is the first company that has not only met our needs for daily use of internet, etc but have been able to satisfy the rigorous demands of the State Finance Department. Allen is a pleasure to work with his team responds more quickly than any other IT company we've hired and at a better value. TeamLogic IT of White Plains has done an excellent IT job for our business (law firm). We found Allen and his team to be extremely responsive to all calls when we have ANY IT issues, they are professional and work very well with all the other professionals that a law firm is required to use. Allen is also very fair with his billing and looks for ways to reduce expense and do things in a cost efficient way. Highly recommend Allen Chu and his Team Logic IT White Plains team!
