The service here is terrible!!!!!!!!!! Brought my husbands car in on a Friday -- didn't get the car back till the following Tuesday afternoon (which I had to call for the 3rd time to get an update) The car needed inspection ,and it already had an issue not starting so we towed the car there to get everything fixed .. but in the end they did NOTHING , except put a new battery in. I really don't understand why the service took so long and they did nothing but change a car battery.. They called Saturday to tell us to do all these "fixes" for the car and we got the car back and there was -NO NEW INSPECTION , NO CHANGE OF FLUIDS , NO NEW UPDATES!! Never going back there for service. OVERPRICED and no-one there knows whats going on! I also was placed on hold for a long time, just for them to tell me the car was "finished"... WHY DID NOONE CALL ME, why did I have to call them to tell me the car was done? Ridiculous. Never again.

Please don’t go to this place. Everyone one complaining from them. I bought expensive Kia car from them and have some issues with the gas already and brakes. The mangers are mean and very unprofessional. They are not helpful at all. Mangers are rude and snappy. I wish if I didn’t buy a car from them.

I highly recommend this dealership, I was provided with great customer service. I was impressed with the service coming from the Yonkers Jeep dealership; this location made a difference for me. I was pleased with the service that was provided.

I arrived late for my appointment but they still took my car in for an oil change. Wait time was roughly 45minutes. The service was stellar and the employees are super polite. Also MOS friendly location.

Service department is thorough every time! Keeps customer updated and returns all phone calls promptly. Always going out of their way to help with issues and concerns.Unfortunately the sales department has taken a significant decline! And I've been a customer for over 15+ years.

Just wanted to comment on what a wonderful experience my boyfriend Anthony Ruvo had at Tasca White Plains Jeep. They have a wonderful promotion going called bait and switch. They quote you everything you ask for price wise and term wise on your lease request when your on the phone and via email with them. Then you give them a deposit so you lock it in. Once you get to the dealership and sit with the finance manager to complete the deal they all play stupid and claim they made a mistake on the terms of the lease. Even after I showed them the email with all the terms and pricing discussed they claim it was a miscommunication on there part. Mistakes happen but when they won't make good on their mistake I call bullshit ! So if your in the market to get screwed be sure and go to Tasca Jeep of White Plains ask for Alfonso and tell the them Anthony Ruvo sent you !

Used the express service all the time. Usually takes an hour or so for oil change & tire rotation. They text you when your vehicle is ready.

I’ve been through it with my 2022 Ram 1500. I’ve been leasing cars from Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge (RCJD) for 10 plus years. When my Ram 1500 had a bad oil leak RCJD couldn’t have cared any less. I would’ve been without a car for a month. I was able to get a service appointment at Tasca sooner than RCJD. It took Tasca 2 days to fix my car which was a lot quicker than what I expected. I dealt with Rena who helped me through the process. When I did question certain things; Brian (who I assume is the service manager) stepped in and helped and took care of everything. I honestly was almost done with Ram as a whole due to the non sense I had dealt with but after dealing with Tasca they gained another customer. I Would recommend Tasca over RCJD any day of the week!!

I have been a loyal customer for 19 years. What has kept me here for all these years they have a terrific service department. Along with having a professional staff who are friendly & caring about the customers & their vehicle. If I wasn't happy, I wouldn't have recommended 36 people to come & purchase their vehicle at this dealership.

I truly appreciate the service dept for their time and efficiency the other day. I was able to call in advance and have my questions answered then and there. No long hold time on the phone. I was also given the tip to bring it in before 3:30pm otherwise there may be a longer wait time. I drove over soon as I heard and received my car soon after. Very timely. Both gentleman who helped me, Jonathan on the phone and Joseph in person were very courteous. Joseph who placed and wrote up the ticket for my car also took the time to hear me out on what I wanted done for my car and realized I was asking for a different and the incorrect service add on, because I didn’t know the right name. I confused a tire rotation with a wheel alignment(it was a l*ng day). I was appreciative he took the time to listen and I didn’t end up paying for what I didn’t need! I was then scheduled to come back Friday morning for the alignment. Thank you

I arrived after hours on a Friday night with a flat tire. The mechanics opened the door and pulled my car in right away. They identified the problem, plugged the tire for no charge and saved my weekend. I can't thank this team of professionals enough and they are a joy to deal with.

Let me start by saying that I have NEVER once written a bad review about a company, but my experience with this dealership was so awful that I felt it was necessary to share.Yesterday, I was looking online and came across the exact car that I had been looking for in the exact color. I was so excited and immediately called to ask if it was still available. I was told it was and I quickly scheduled an appointment to test drive it.I told the woman that I would be traveling from NJ and it would be about an hour and 45 minute drive, but I would be there as fast as I could. During my drive, 3 separate people called me to confirm I was coming that evening to see that particular car.My husband and I arrived and we were greeted by Suresh who immediately brought us outside and said “there’s YOUR car!” and proceeded to take us for a test drive . The moment we arrived back to the dealership I informed Suresh that I was interested in the car and would like to move forward and run the numbers.We went inside and waited as my car was appraised for a trade in, and Suresh went to get our interest rate situated. He brought back the document with all the numbers and we agreed to the price and the trade in offer. However, the interest rate was extremely high, so we asked if we could use our own bank. Suresh said we could do this and excused himself for a moment.He then came back with a man named Shafik who supposedly was the used car specialist. Shafik proceeded to tell us that the car was no longer available bc someone had just put a deposit on it 5 minutes before. I was shocked! I told him that we had called hours ago and drove all the way from NJ for this car. He replied that the other couple had also and that it was first come first serve, but if the deal fell through he would give us a call.I fully understand that it is first come first serve. However, we had called hours before, spoke to 3 people, drove almost 2 hours to get there, and spent almost an hour in the dealership, and NOT ONCE during any of that time did anyone have the decency to mention that there was someone else that was interested in the car. Had they told us that there was interest, we most certainly would have provided a deposit immediately. Instead they wasted our time and led us to believe we would be purchasing the car once all of the paperwork was completed, only to turn around and tell us they sold it moments before we signed on the dotted line.I truly could not believe how uncaring and unprofessional this team was. I came into the dealership on Cloud 9 and left feeling so disappointed by the complete lack of respect that we were shown. Please learn to treat your customers better because this is truly unacceptable.

This was one of my worst experiences ever in dealing with a car. This review is specifically about their service center. I was told to be there at 730am, which i did. I waited until 1145 when i was told my jeep wrangler diagnosis was completed. I was told that for a mere $3,500 i could fix all of my issues and the laundry list was huge. I said, I needed my "start/Stop issue" resolved as the priority. I was told ok, you need to spend $1,000 for replacing two batteries (even though my car battery was cleared the week before by my local service)...I was a but perplexed but i was told that it would fix my main issue. Ok..it went back for repair. At 2:15pm i get called back but the guy is no longer there. Some other person then said i still have all the issues I came in with and nothing was fixed other than the batteries replaced....and that i needed to spend another $850 to fix my starter issue. he said, they may get it done by end of day, but no guarantee. I took car and left. I spoke with another jeep dealer that i know and he told me that my list was total rubbish and not needed. He said i most likely did not need the batteries since i had it tested before and he said they should not have been $1,000. He said the other part was needed but it too should not have been $850. he said it should be far less and it should have been highlighed and resolved as that was my main issue. SCAM...be forewarned.... .
