I went to the Target store in White plains, New York. The customer service that I received was excellent from the person who held me in the fitting room and the person who helps customers at the self-service checkout. Both went above and beyond their duties and that's what customer service is all about. Well done.

The night manager's approach to customer service leaves much to be desired, as evidenced by their decision to lock both entrances a quarter-hour before closing time. This not only raises serious concerns about fire safety but also creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for patrons like myself. Attempting to depart, I found myself confronted with shopping carts deliberately placed in front of the exit, hindering my exit. After a frustrating ten-minute search for an employee to unlock the case, I couldn't help but feel the lack of consideration for customers' time and convenience. While I understand the need to combat shoplifting, the overall shopping experience was subpar. Regrettably, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, seeking a more accommodating and customer-focused establishment.

Used to be a great place to shop. Now items in locked cabinets, items out of stock, food past expiration date, self checkout closed, and rude staff. They are driving away customers. On the path to closure.

Love this target as it’s usually stocked very well. Also did a return that went hassle free. This has turned into lot favorite target in the area.

A consistently miserable experience. Among the rudest, most abrasive staffing in retail anywhere. If the GM had an inkling of the conditions the managers would be fired. Emilio and his band of rotten staff are an absolute disgrace. We’ve shopped there for years on end, biting our tongue in frustration every time. The situation has deteriorated so dramatically that we no longer can justify the convenience of staying local. We’ll give the Nayak branch a shot, but if they’re of the same fabric of abominable customer service and vile rudeness, I suppose we’ll relax our long-standing resistance to using Amazon. Brick and mortar companies like Target—an endangered species—should be a bit wiser and less myopic about the consequences of turning away customers now that they’re in the very twilight of their existence. We’ve wanted not to betray our community retail but it appears that we’ll save money, time, frustration, and much offense by going to Amazon. Darielle (?spelling?), the overarching manager, I’m told by Emilio, should start looking for alternative work because her domain looks to be crumbling rapidly.
