Excellent new owner. I had previously had my phone fixed here using a groupon. Immediately I could see that it wasn't a great job as the screen color was off but hey - it cost me $70 instead of $300 with Apple. Within a few weeks the screen began to flicker and steadily got worse. I went back to the store and spoke to Johnathan who advised he just took over the business. I explained the situation and he gave me his number and told me to come back during a weekday when he would be less busy and he would replace it. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge. Considering I was not really HIS customer, the service provided out of his own pocket was exceptional! Thanks again Johnathan. I hope this review leads to a few more people using your services...

Run away! Do NOT go here, even if it's free! Very shady. After getting my screen replaced, I noticed there were dead spots on my keyboard. I took it back and the guy replaced it with an entire new screen, explaining there was a defect with the initial replacement. Luckily, I was still in the mall when I noticed the issue. To this day, I still have issues where my touch screen stops working. I've gotten used to quickly pressing the power button off and on, for everything to work again. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I'll most likely end up going to Ubreakifix or even the Apple store, to have my phone re-fixed, thereby spending more money than if I had not tried to be cheap to begin with.

Don't ever get your phone screen replaced here. They don't even use original parts, and when I came in here, they damaged my phone even more by messing up the internal light of the phone. The guy who fixed my phone is completely rude - he fixed the phone so quick, but he kept talking to himself about how his co worker was ruining his day. He had unnecessary anger issues which should not even be tolerated during work hours. If you wanna get your iPhone fixed, don't come here - your better off going to the Apple store and getting it done professionally. Save your energy, time and money by not going here! I regret paying less than $100 for horrible service and a horrible screen repair. I wish I could get a refund back, but unfortunately I wasn't able to. Thankfully I learned my lesson.

While my phone and iPad were both fixed quite quickly and the guy working there was polite and friendly, they have shady business practices. I bought a Groupon for both my phone and my iPad, used a 20% off discount code and Groupon bucks I had to purchase a screen repair. When I got to the stand, the man told me to please return my Groupon and he would charge me the same price (+ tax) (so more expensive). He told me "Oh, yanno the bureaucracy of Groupon, we don't make any money". Not my problem buddy. So now, small daughter in tow, do I leave the stand in search of a different place? Or do I just agree and cancel my Groupon? Seems simple, but it's not that simple. Groupon doesn't just "refund" your order. They offer a credit. What am I going to do with $135 in Groupon bucks??? Thankfully after a lengthy conversation with a Groupon rep and an hour and 1/2 later, I had a working phone and iPad. However, I was now paying $20 in tax that I wouldn't have paid had they accepted my Groupon. Not cool man, not cool.

WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER GO FOR YOUR PHONE!!!!!! I went to this place in the Westchester Mall yesterday to have my screen replaced. I simply asked the guy working at the time what exactly they do. He told he would be the one to replace my screen, to return in 25 minutes, and my phone will be "good as knew". I returned within 35 minutes only to find out that my phone was damaged more than it was when I had given it in. He had messed up the LED light on the inside of my phone, leaving my screen to be BLACK. I told him that I would not be paying for anything whatsoever due to the fact that no matter what screen was placed on my phone.... it was STILL BLACK. I contacted the manager who was disgusting. Absolutely rude, nasty and NOT helpful. I was forced to pay $70 EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE had been messed up by THEIR WORKER. They didn't offer to take care of the damage or anything. Instead, they told me "there's nothing we can do, we apologize"..... SO PLEASE save yourself the trouble. Awful company. Awful business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Do not purchase anything here. Workers are ruthless and rude and your phone will not last with their product. It will become worse. Save your money!
