Had a delivery issue that they made right! Placed an order online 2 weeks out including a deli platter. Morning of delivery I am notified that the platter is out of stock. I call and CS helps get a new platter ordered that I will pick up. I get a call maybe 20 minutes later from manager (rich?) saying the Lu are making my platter, will deliver and discount. Also ensured someone spoke to me upon pickup (I was out and pickup ended up working out better for me). Well done stop & shop in white plains!
