Normally I've had great interactions with members of this store in the past when I used to be with Sprint. Review ranting isn't my style but this store's rep was on another level. Went in to start up again an account with Sprint for a family plan. Ran into some technical issue with my current carrier while at the store. Sales rep that initially started helping went on to activate another member's phone while I was on a brief hold from my carrier. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to finally ask me if I was done. When he did start to help again, we ran into the same tech issue. Told me to call Sprint tech support, did so but I had no account # to get past the main menu. Asked rep if he could call in on my behalf since he was helping me open the lines, response was, "No, I can't because you don't have anything with Sprint so I have no reason to call for you". Asked him if me being there to potentially open a new account wasn't a good enough reason as a Sprint reseller to call tech support to find out if there was anything on their end that could be done to help my lines get activated, his smart response was "no". That me opening an account was in Sprint's interest, not theirs as a Sprint reseller since they are just middle guys. And decided to further explain his reason by involving other customers waiting for him as to try to educate me on how a reseller's interest doesn't align with Corporate. Interesting concept this rep has.

Went in yesterday around 4:30 pm and was greeted promptly by Kyle. He was friendly, professional and found a solution to my cellular service problem. Although my phone was an older model, he didnot try to upgrade it due to my being comfortable with this older model. Another customer came in while he was helping me and excuse himself to greet the new customer without missing a beat. Kyle let the other customer know he will gladly assist her once he was finish helping me. He was very engaging to both of his clients. When Kyle went to look for a phone case for me, the other customer and I got to speak to each other and both of us couldnot get over the cleanliness and customer service of this location. She said will ask her husband to come to this location in the future. Ask for Kyle

Never had a bad experience at this location, everyone from the newer employees to the store manager every single person is friendly and extremely helpful. Any question was explained and they gave me every option for my current phone and upgrade. Had Sprint for about 4 years now and don't plan on changing anytime soon just because this location. P.S. White Plains Parking authority sucks!!

My phone broke and I bring use unlocked iPhone 7plus to reinstalled, they said I can't because the phone was from T-Mobile, so I decide to transfer my number now T-Mobile ask for my account and PIN from sprint, i call sprint costumer service and I forgot my answer question, they told me to come to the store and bring my I'd so I wen to the store and asked for the info, then they cannot do it because is my problem and he act really disrespectful and trying to scream me, I'm really disappointed about they did because I been a customer since 2011 this store need better customer service.
