Have been living here. They don’t clean windows. I don’t know what kind of management is this, because this is a basic thing. Windows are filthy, and there is no way to clean them without exterior help.

I love living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love having a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room right on site. I love being right near the train station and right in the middle of White Plains. Everything is so walkable.
