I was having trouble choosing sunglasses partly because of my lack of knowledge and due to my indecisiveness. However, the associate Kaitlyn at this store had so much patience for me and was willing to give me advice on sunglasses to choose. I’m very satisfied with this experience and would love to come back.

Spent $40 here then walked across the street. Came back to a boot on my car. This is a real Mafia level parking lot scheme. Their parking enforcement seems to target out of state license plates too.

Big selection of designer clothing. Very generous return policy. Can definately find some good deals. Only thing I've noticed is that is always empty. It looks like they are falling off. Not alot of young buyers here. I doubt it will stay open long.

Big, generous return policy that they tell you at the cashier [people probably return designer clothes a lot] sometimes you can tell the clothes hanging were worn, they will be wrinkled or have makeup stains on them etc. Large selection though.

I love Saks Off Fifth, but recently, the people they employ at this location are straight up rude. I went to buy a blazer the other day, and I told the lady I was not interested in signing up for a credit card. She immediately said "if you let me finish" and then proceeded to try to sell me this card I was not interested in. She furthermore turned around to laugh at me to another woman working at the desk out of nowhere. When I went to pay, I pulled out my credit card and she literally scoffed in my face. I've worked in numerous customer service jobs and I have never met such a nasty employee. It is frankly shocking to see that this store could employ a worker with such a lack of social etiquette. This occurred on Sunday, September 17th. It really stinks because I love to buy my professional work clothing here, but I know for sure the last thing I will be doing on my day off is getting disrespected just trying to check out my purchase. Vet your employees a little bit better because I have been in going to this store my whole life and until recently, I have never dealt with this. At any store for that matter...
