We just moved to White Plains. I am visually impaired, so I walked to the store. Everybody I encountered was helpful and friendly. I got what I think is a good dishwasher at a fair price. They worked with me through a scheduling issue at my building. The installer just left. Very courteous and professional. Great experience throughout. Will definitely be using them again when/if the need arises. Highly recommend.

I placed an order for new cooktop but received a defected one. Unfortunately it’s two days past the return date(which is only 15 days , much less than the standard return policy in the industry) . When I call them, no matter if I chose 1 for sales nor 2 for service, it’s the same person who answered. I didn’t get any estimate how they would take care of the wrong delivery nor they provide any estimate of how long it will take to process this. I told them my contractor is waiting for this piece to complete the project. They don’t seem to care. I called for two days already, haven’t got any people to call me to give me a way to solve this. I placed the order online. I think during one of the calls I made the person seemed to disclose that they sent me a displayed model instead of a new one. I’m very disappointed at this purchase.

My experience with Royal Green and specifically Dan Mazin has been extremely positive. From the initial meeting to making sure I was happy with delivery and that all products were in good order, they were quite professional providing great customer service. When there was an issue, they attended to it quickly and favorably. After purchase customer care, including their patience with the slowness of my project, was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether a small or large project. I would even recommend them if you were needing to purchase appliance(s) on a budget.

A random repairman recommended purchasing a new dishwasher from Royal Green when my dishwasher broke. The installation was scheduled the same week, which I appreciated. And it was done with the utmost care by their plumber, Louie, and his assistant. They took away the old dishwasher. Overall, a fairly easy, painless experience. Maybe the price could have been slightly cheaper, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was a good machine and a great installation, so we're very happy. I would use Royal Green Appliance again.

My experience with Royal Green was terrific. In the store Mario helped me determine what I wanted/needed and got me in and out quickly with a good price. Delivery was on time and Ron, my delivery driver, was awesome. He corrected a pre-existing hose issue and completed the job efficiently.

We first learned of Royal Green Appliance when one of our landlords asked us to purchase a new washer and dryer for our apartment. That was in the mid-1990s. We were very happy with their service that anytime that we need appliances, we go back to Royal Green. We have recently worked with Mo Ramjohn. He has been helpful and has been a tremendous help. The installer that they use has also been very good.

We walked in needing a new fridge and I had expected to shop around however the guy who helped us Mo Ramjohn - was so patient and thorough and courteous and helped us ID the right unit that we ordered it right away - good news was their price was no more that big box stores and the delivery fee I thought a good deal since they had to maneuver the old one out and partially disassemble the new one and sent 3 guys and they got it done and didn't leave a mess. All over a very good experience, from the showroom to the delivery - highly recommended
