The work done Reimann auto body certainly did not live up to other reviews on this site. My car was side swiped damaging my front driver side and rear driver side doors. I was told that both doors needed to be replaced, which I believed was best rather than have a slip shod body job, done. I waited months for the new doors. When the car was ready to be picked up, the repairs looked like they were performed by a teenager in shop class. The paint needed to be buffed out and the car was filthy, inside and out. The car had not been washed or detailed. The battery was dead as well. The window on the front drivers side did not open and close properly. After bringing the car home I called to let them know about the issue with the window and was told it would resolve itself, it did not. I had to bring the car back in for repair. Now, several months later, the weather stripping around the inside of both door is coming loose. Reimann charged my insurance company thousands of dollars but did not do a quality job. I would be very wary of getting body work done at this shop. I certainly would not go back.Services: Body & Trim

My car was damaged and needed body work. I am glad I went to John Riemann in White Plains to get my car fixed.It was a bad time for getting the car repaired as we all know the shortage of auto body parts and chips. John was frank with me and told me he will not substitute the OEM parts with non OEM parts as that would compromise the high standards he maintains. He asked me to wait till the parts come and I need to be patient. It was indeed a long wait but I am glad I listened to him and waited as when the work was finished I was very happy with John and Patricio who took keen interest in getting the work done professionally and right. The car looks brand new and one cannot tell any difference when I got it new and when the work was completed. The paint and body work is flawless.Thank you John and your team for such a splendid job well done.Services: Body & Trim

Chipped my Tesla's paint and was initially worried that I might get ripped off. Spoke with John and despite being super busy, he immediately helped me and fixed my paint. The whole process took less than 10 mins and he didn't even charge me a penny. I feel lucky and grateful to find a honest and great business like this one.
